Hey! I just updated to Wordpress 5.5 and WPBakery Page Builder is not working anymore. I can see the pages but I can’t edit and save anymore. Please advise!!! Thank you
Just wanted to add: I was working on the website before I updated to Wordpress 5.5. After the update NOT working anymore. It’s clearly a compatibility problem betwen Wordpress 5.5, Upsolution Core 7.8 and PageBakery Visual Builder.

The Update link doesn’t show up in the Modules list for the UpSolution Core plugin. Can I do it manually?

Since the new update, I can no longer edit the theme using WPBakery, it either shows blank or it doesn’t save out.
All plugins have been updated, cookies cleared but still the same issue.

That’s weird because as you can see on the above video, all the options work well. It makes me think that somehow you’re still experiencing caching issues. Are you using any CDN, like Cloudflare?

Hi, I have Impreza and Optimizepress installed and activated.
When I have “UpSolution Core” enabled with Optimizepress, the pages that are with optimizepress stop displaying photos, however the impreza template continues to display photos without problems.
Why “UpSolution Core” affects the correct functioning of Optimizepress?
(I understand that impreza does not natively support optimizepress, but it shouldn’t disrupt the operation of other plugins)
How can they solve it?

We didn’t test Optimizepress compatibility yet. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to make theme compatible with all the plugins on the web. You can hire a separate developer to make the plugin work or use another plugin that works with Impreza out of the box.

I downloaded the new version. I added it to my site. I was able to edit elements again. but now when I look at the live site I just get this error: There has been a critical error on your website.

I am a wordpress developer. 2 days ago i build a website using Impreza theme for my client, this is my client URL http://ny-drones.com. The issue i am facing is that I am unable to edit text-block element or any other element in Visual Composer plugin. But when i disable the upsolution core plugin i can access the text and setting in the elements of Visual composer.
Upsolution Core plugin version is 7.8 Theme impreza version is 7.8 wordpress version is 5.5
I need help in this matter urgently cause my client wants me to fix this issue very very very soon.
Please note same thing happened to another of my client his domain is https://kctoiletpros.com/ (same updates are here as well.)
Both of these clients are using Managed wordpress hosting so cant really downgrade the wordpress.

I tried 3 browser, Explorer, Edge and Chrome that I normally use, no luck, still broke. When you say clear cache, clear it from the browser? because thats not working. Seems the problem persists with many people.

I’m seeing bugs too. When I open a Text Block in WPBakery Page Builder, I can’t see any text to edit and can’t get to the visual or text tab. I had to switch to classic mode, search for the text in all the shortcodes and edit it there. Some other elements seem to work fine, like image. Fix coming for this?

Thanks Ivan!!! For anyone interested, Impreza got back to me within minutes. Excellent service! My issue seems to have just been a simple cache issue with Chrome. Despite having already attempted to clear my cache, it still wasn’t working for me in Chrome. However, I was able to access and edit everything in Firefox with no problems.
Even though the latest update is supposed to be version 7.8.4 it is actually still version 7.7.1. Could you please update to the correct version?

The theme had a lot of bugs after we updated with the latest version.. we are used for the clients they are literally killing us… could you please me know when this gonna fix

Hello, I am very happy with the theme and every update brings great features. I love that. However, after the latest update, my theme options do not work. When I click “mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=us-theme-options#code” stays on the same page.
