Greetings, Thanks for the theme, finding it very useful! As of late I’ve been having problems with WPBakery Page Builder (ver. 6.1) – we keep getting the notification that it needs to be updating to 6.2 but can’t. When clicking on the update, the error shows “Plugin not found” – additionally the 6.1 version seems to keep crashing when attempting to edit a page via the “Edit via WPBakery Page Builder” with a “Critical Error” – appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

Can’t edit the previous post but here’s an update -

  • UPDATE: You can disregard the first part as I was able to find the standalone update for WPBakery Page Builder installed to (6.2) via the Support page. Thank You! :) The Ultimate Addons for WP Page Builder appears to not be the latest as of this post though. (3.19.6 is latest 3.19.5 is installed) – Plus it is asking for “activation” – a process that fails via the plugin prompt. Overall, still can’t get to the editor as previously. (As a footnote – just updated to Wordpress 5.5) Thanks in advance!

Another update -

UPDATE: Activation of Ultimate Addons for WP Page Builder still an issue, but the editor is back to working correctly. Deactivated all plugins and found the editor loading again. Activated plugins one at a time checking functionality, all fine now, with regards to the editing, aside from the “Activation” issue. Thanks!

Sound’s Great!!!, that you have solved your issue by yourself, you are the best :)

Regarding Ultimate Addon For Visual Composer, We have removed that plugin from our Theme since last 2+ years and we already added all the elements of the plugin used in our Theme in Porto Functionality plugin, so no need for it, that plugin on Support Article is only for the customers who are very old customers and using Ultimate Addon for Visual Composer elements on their sites which we have not added in the Porto Functionality plugin, and also keep in mind we are no more supporting that plugin as well as it is already removed from the Theme package since last 2+ years.

Now, we will update that plugin link with the plugin update in the same Support Article after testing the latest plugin with our Theme soon. so stay tuned with that Support Article.

Good day, Congratulations on the updates. Just to note, the CSS elements are out of alignment on the landing page for the IT-Services Demo, no matter which browser I use. I haven not checked the installed version though.

And after completing it, try to Import the Elementor Demo and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

1. i’m using Porto with WooCommerce. Almost everything is translated but a few things are missing. I tried to translate the words with the loco translate plugin, but i couldn’t find them in the woocommerce language pack, the Porto Theme Functionality or the Porto Theme pack.

e.g.

Button: “go to chart page ” Button: “continue” Link: “View Cart”

2. How can i edit the WPBakery Element “woocommerece_checkout” ?

my question is do i need to delete folder that i renamed as porto-old, or that folder

Sorry to say that but you can not Customize the Pre-built layouts of the Single Product Pages, This requires Customization, Although if you want to Customize the Single Product Page design by yourself, then you have to use the Custom Product Layout Builder Functionality of the Theme and create your own layout and use it.

First of all, you have to go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product, you will find a new page layout called ”Custom Layout”: https://pasteboard.co/IFTy89J.png , after selecting this, you have to enable product_layout post type in visual composer role manager: https://pasteboard.co/IFTz9YN.png , Then you have to go to the new Custom Post Type ”Product Layout” and add new Layout: https://pasteboard.co/IFTzEPi.png After that, you can now create new product layout using Visual Composer Backend / Frontend editor: https://pasteboard.co/IFTA2q8.png , now save it and again go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and select that layout from there and save changes: https://pasteboard.co/IFTAuFF.png , It will work for you.

Hey, I really loved your latest update, and I loved the new added themes specially the Digital Agency Dark version, but can you please add Digital Agency homepage template to Porto Studio for Elementor, because I have problem when I importing Elementor Demos even when after fresh WP install so after each demo impored I have to manually import homepage again from Porto Studio in Elementor.
