Hi, this theme hasnt given me problems in the past, but sadly since the wp update to 5.5 it seems i cannot use the page builder. I cannot edit, remove, resize or add components using the builder and now during this pandemic the client whom i purchased the site for wishes to do a bit of a page design rework.. Any advice? I already tried disabling all plugins and updating to latest but no dice. Regards JP

Please help! Since the Wordpress update, nothing within the Real Church theme options is editable, nothing will save. I also have drop downs for my main menu that are not working. When is this fix proposed to be pushed?

I try to install the theme but it says this: Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed. Am I doing something wrong? how can this be fixed?

We just launched our site using this theme. When we replace the logo file, the site is no longer mobile friendly. I think the file must be too big, but no matter what I do, it doesn’t work. When it reverts back to the theme logo, it works fine on mobile. Please help.

GoDaddy informs me the new Wordpress 5.3 update is crashing this theme. I’m posting this only so the developer know it needs an update. The site went down. I called them to figure out why. They determined it, after disabling all plugins and reinstalling it. Site crashed again. They changed the theme from this one, and the site was back up.
It appears that there aren’t many users for this site, as the last update was in April and there have been some major WP updates since.
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.x. Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Sorry, there’s no option to replace the slider with a video.
You can disable the slider in the Page Options and place a video by adding its iframe code in the Column element in page-builder. This won’t be full-width though.

Hi. I love the theme and the church that owns the website loves it too. However, after a year or so I went back in to the site to make a change to the homepage and all the content is locked and I can’t edit. Any idea why? Does the theme need to be updated?

I also want to take out all reference to churches to use for my profile page. Once I pay for the theme, will I get all the photos installed too? I don’t need to use them, I just want them there for reference. The last theme I bought didn’t come with anything that I expected and I don’t want to waste more money.
When you import demo content data, images will be downloaded from the server too but note that you have to change those images later or pay for its license if you need to use.
