I bought “Engitech – IT Solutions & Services” theme and when I change the carousal with another set of images. After I change the images, the images are greyed out in the carousal. If I hover the mouse, the image is showing up. Can you please let me know how to fix it?

Please delete old plugin and re-install again for your website. We have update new plugin on our server source online.
After deactive / deleted old plugin then go to Appearance -> Install Plugins and Re-install Revo plugin

I have checked the docs and it was working prior to wordpress update. Chrome gives the following error – Uncaught ReferenceError: Royal_Preloader is not defined at (index):1724 at (index):1733
