I would de-register a purchase code from a test website (deleted local server), and use the code in new website(new local server). Unfortunately if I use the code, in new web site, the code it tells me that it is still registered.

hello thanks for your answer, but you have not understood my problem very well. Before I had a local server through xampp in which I installed the bridge theme and activated it, but it turns out that due to server problems I had to delete the server and create a new one, but I forgot to deactivate the item purchase code before and now it is giving me problems when putting the issue on another local testing server. So how can I delete it if I no longer have the old server? it was also a local server and I have deleted it, but now it won’t let me use the theme on my new server. and to contact the help center it asks me for the item code purchase and when I put it it tells me that I no longer have support for my purchase because the 6 months have already passed so I do not know how they will help me

You should know that you do not have an option to set the maximum height for the images, but if you upload your images to be smaller in height this will change for sure.
As for the arrows you can add this code to Qode Options > General > Custom CSS

font-size: 30px;

}And simply change the values to your needs.

By default, individual WordPress installations have five distinct user roles with predefined capabilities and each user role comes with certain privileges but they role is limiting the operations they can do on the website. You can read more about it here.
Within our theme you do not have an option to change the access depending on the role, however it could possibly be done with help of some 3rd party plugin. You should though now that we have not tested these plugins and cannot guaranty theme compatibility.
When it comes to our help center, you should know that it is working unconditionally and that you should double check if you have entered the correct information, meaning, purchase code, selected the right profile and theme. Hi, I am wondering how to make the logo animation/transition with this theme: https://bridge90.qodeinteractive.com/ .... I have chosen the sticky header type. But the demo has a real animation from full logo size to a smaller size very fluently. On my page, it is only going from big to small, so when I scroll, it sticks to the top and will be gone at some point and simply switches to a smaller version at some point. Whats the correct way to do it like within the demo? Thanks

Yea, I know all of these. And when I try to do this, in the 245 theme import there is only images and a txt file. When I try to import txt file it’s giving error.

Once you download the slider zip file and extract it you will find home.zip which is the slider from this demo and you can import it for sure. You will get the hole content of the slider which you can see on our demo website.

Ok, to be clear we have uploaded the home.zip to the RevSlider without any issues. Having the slider uploaded and displayed. You do not need to export home.zip as this it the file you need to upload. I am using the bridge theme version: 10.0 on my website. And now I want to update it to the new version 22.7. But if I updated the theme from the backend then I got a blank page on the frontend site. Thanks for writing in. Possible you encounter this because of Envato Toolkit was removed because it is deprecated. If you don’t have latest Bridge theme which includes Market plugin, you can download it from here https://forums.envato.com/t/envato-market-wordpress-plugin-beta/21639
As well as check that you have updated the Bridge Core plugin.

Bridge theme breaks functionality of Ultimate Member and PopupMaker. UM and PM add custom fields to the menu items, which stop working after the theme is activated.

No offense, but I think you should test and fix the theme so that it works with these (free) plugins. You implemented the custom fields in a way that it breaks, who knows how many, other plugins. You should consider rewriting it, since there’s a clear guidline how to implement these functions without breaking other plugins. Like UM and PM did, they both work without interfering each other.
