Hello, how can I improve the quality of the pictures for the products? I know that they are high-resolution but when I upload them to the products it looks that quality decreases significantly. Also, I would like to change the size for the thumbnails. Can you guide through the process of getting this done? Thank you very much!

You can find that option by navigating to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images area.

hi. i found a problem. when you browse galery image and try to select a variation in a product page, the image stuck in the last one and don’t show the image of the variation. this happen just in mobile.

Please make sure that you are using the latest WooCommerce update and that you have updated Aurum too.

Then if you still have questions about tax calculations, you need to contact WooCommerce support directly because this is not a theme related questions but WooCommerce question.

Hi guys – Internal nofollow links – are all internal links on pages or product pages given this parameter and if so – how do you remove it?

Thank you – but I do not have comments on my website at all. I did the Ryte sweep of my site and this was an issue. (Internal nofollow links).

So these are occuiring on pages and product pages, category pages, not comments.

Hi there – why can’t I make any change to the theme options in Aurum. I would like to change my menu layout but it does not save. Even i am uploading a new logo it didnt allow me to do that

That is happening because you have updated WordPress to version 5.5 but you haven’t’ updated Aurum too. Please just update your theme to the latest version.

Hey guys,

Again, great work on this beautiful theme and I hope you’ve all been keeping well amidst COVID.

A customer brought to my attention yesterday an error message when they were trying to submit an e-mail using Aurum’s contact form. The message is as follows:

“An error occured during the verification of the token! Please try again”

The page is www.voltfuse.com/contact

I did some research throughout the comment section and I noticed someone else had a similar problem, and you guys noted that it was as a result of a caching plugin. We don’t use a caching plugin, but we do use CloudFlare. I went ahead and added a rule to exclude our contact page but the issue still persists.

What I find most strange is that we’ve been using both this theme and CloudFlare together for several years now and have never had any issues, so I’m confused what could be causing this all of a sudden.

Any ideas?

This happened because you have updated to the latest version of WordPress and when you upgrade to a major WP version there may be changes which can cause conflicts with themes and plugins, but we have been working on this update and today within a few hours the update will be published and ready for download.

Hello, another very important fact to keep in mind. The translation they have inside when downloaded from the web in the Spanish translation is filled with SPAM from another page. Change many things within AURUM to put the website of the person who made the translation, including their website. Regards.

Hi very good, there is a problem that perhaps has been overlooked. When trying to add a coupon or promotional code from mobile it does not work, it closes and does nothing. It has been verified from iOS and Android. Please add a solution to this problem for future update. Thank you very much.

Hi there – what is the custom code to remove the Date from Search Results (within the theme). It’s not relevant for my use, so can I not show it?

You can see one outdated file if you update WooCommerce to version 4.3.0 in Aurum 3.6. That will not create a problem in our theme but we will also release a new theme soon as we always do :)

Pre-Purchase Question: I really like the look of your Theme but want to use WP Easycart, not Woocommerce. Would it be possible to use WP Easycart with your theme? If so, what would be the issues, if any, that might arise? Thanks, Peter

As you can see from the error, this is not a theme problem. It seems that you have installed a plugin called “Multisite Language Switcher” and the error is caused from the plugin itself. Please contact the plugin author for this.

​Hi there – all of a sudden large chunks of text, without no updates from me are linking to our sales email address.

I’ve checked the text, there’s no hidden code, I’ve removed any links, pasted in the text section but it is still linking and I have no idea why. This is happening on multiple pages
