I don’t quite understand what you want to do unfortunately. Excerpts are shown in blocks/modules, subtitles are shown in the post page (if you set a subtitle for the post). Please create a new topic in the theme support forum, and mention with some more details/screenshots and examples what you want to do exactly. If it is possible to do, we will help.

Please note. With the latest update the theme will render your server USELESS… Support will give you some support guides from their site but again the ISSUE is with the theme. The moment you activate the TD CLOUD plugin the site will go crashing down. I know the theme developer must be working their ass off to fix the issue but they won’t talk abaout so everyone is freaking out. I hope they provide update ASAP or we will escale this author to a higher level which will surely hurt their business in the long run. So please support, stop wasting our time with guides we already tried and know for sure is the theme… waiting for a fix.

Don’t update!!!!!!!!! Since I updated I can’t edit pages. Editor try to load them without finishing. Page editor tries to load each one but gets stuck in endless loop.

Please deactivate and delete the composer, the reinstall it from the theme plugins panel https://prnt.sc/u39dut Then clear the cache, also the browser cache (or force refresh the page in which you are checking, in the browser, should be Ctrl+Shift+R) and check again. It should work fine.

TD Composer isn’t working since Wordpress 5.5 update, so I can’t edit Home Page (or any pages).
Are you issuing an update to fix this?
Also, Instagram still isn’t working despite what it said on the latest update Version: 10.3.6.1. I’ve reconnected Instagram, but no pictures show up and count doesn’t change on social media plug-in.

Hi, I have questions about advertising banners
1. What if I want to make the banner placement of to be a rotated ads. For example I have like five slots of banner in a placement and each of them will be displayed randomly.(not adsense)
2. What if my clients want to see how many impression they’ve got?

1. The theme doesn’t rotate ads, it will display the ad codes you enter in it as they are. You could try a plugin if you want to rotate ads, there should be plugins that allow it.
2. The theme doesn’t track or count how many times the ads have been clicked, it will just load the ad codes. Maybe specialized plugins can do that. Perhaps you can use a plugin that rotates ads and also keeps statistics, as you want.
3. They should mention why it is disapproved, I believe they will say why that happened. You could check their guide here https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2907898?hl=en

You could try the Adrotate plugin, I believe that has the options you need. Or search online for other ad plugins, install a few, check their settings, and make a few tests as well.

We are aiming to launch a new brand and website focused on curation videos and showcasing/selling video related services.
With your theme, how could we:
1. Create and display video “channels”? 2. Assign “companies” and “influencers” entities for each video? 3. Consequently display a searchable list of channels, companies and influencers? 4. Ideally each of those profiles would include sections like about, videos, podcasts, mentions (via tags from the blog) 4. Display some video ads or trailers before a video? What plugin would integrate the best with your excellent theme?

Thank you for the kind words. I don’t quite understand what you would like to do unfortunately. What exactly are these video channels you are referring to and would like to display in the website? Most of the theme options and settings are for default posts, for which you can apply categories and tags, they can be video posts with a featured video as well, and the video can be played as it is in the post page or even in the modules. That would be all there is available concerning video posts. As for plugins, I can’t quite make any recommendations, depending on what you want to achieve, if there should be plugins that allow it, try making some tests with them and the theme.

Thank you for you message! This could be a caching issue to your browser. Try to press CTRL+SHIFT+R to force clearing all of the caches. Further, regarding the problem with TD COmposer, please make sure that you have followed all of the steps below:

For anyone else in the same boat. After the latest update my 3 months of development to push for launch has been eroded. This theme continues to max-out my servers resources.
I had no idea it would be the theme and took a week of troubleshooting and pulling hair.
I have 12CPU and 20GB of ram and it would crash the entire server. Had to scrap our launch and go with another theme because our server was rendered useless.

Basically the theme requirements would be these https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ Higher values may be needed in some cases. If those are set correctly, in theory there should be no problem, but there are cases when there are. Have you tried to create a staging website if possible, install the theme there, and check if the same happens in that case. Provide admin login and cPanel for it if that is possible to do, so we can take a look there. Provide them by email at contact@tagdiv.com. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes of course we meet the requirements. We actually optimized the theme best we can on our end. Everything was working fine until the latest updates. Now the editor is not usable and resources are maxed out crashing our server. I hope your developer is working on a fix as a lot of your customers are affected.
Please fix the latest update. It keeps losing connection with the server. All of the plugins and features are up to date, but this newest update keeps giving me connection errors each time I hit “post”.

I must say that there weren’t similar reports from theme users after the latest update, when publishing content. Does it work with a different theme? Or if you are using Gutenberg, does it work if you switch to the classic editor?

Its basically every time I do a story post, add an image, it gets a connection error. The hosting company said it was a Slider error, okay, updated it. updated all other plugins. Its something in the template causing connection errors.
I did get this error at one point, but that is fixed through plugin updates…

now just the connection errors which has to do with the built in plugins/theme. I love this theme and your services, but this one is killing me.

Unfortunately, that ADS PRO plugin was not tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with our theme. Please note that our mobile theme is too sensible and it might not work on that section. As a suggestion, try to use the Auto Ads for the AMP section. The AMP ads spot is for auto ads – https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9011462 – https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9011465 If you want to display auto ads on AMP, create an AMP ad code and paste it in the theme panel, example – https://prnt.sc/ov400l No need to enter the mentioned script in the head, the theme will load it automatically, just enter the ad code in the panel.

Reading the comments here about all the errors caused by the new update, I am now scared of updating to the latest theme / wordpress version. Can you please confirm that the latest update is stable? I am having all sorts of problems with the colorpicker in the tagdiv composer, but updating to the latest theme might just make things even worse.
