First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress 
All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Please deactivate all the third party plugins from your site and activate the Parent Theme and check back your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this will not solve your issue then please share the site WP Admin Login details with us via our support system so that we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.

This feature is part of Woocommerce. Can you please test it against your theme please as a replication stage of troubleshooting, please do not just fob me off back to Woocommerce. Thank you.

1. You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.
2. Sorry to say that but we have not tested the “iThemes security” Plugin or any other third party plugin with the Theme officially so are unable to suggest you on it, you can try with anyone which better meets your requirements.

Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with the theme forest license policy but wanted clarification about the use on sub-directory sites. So do I understand it right, that since it’s the same domain, even though it’s a different eshop, I can also install there on one license as the main eshop? (Since multiple installs are allowed)
