1. Whenever I go into header builder, main menu gets squashed and I cannot get it back to normal? This happens after I make changes to my header builder.
2. Where are the spacing and text size settings for the main sidebar menu in mobile? All the text is to small and close and this causes clicking on wrong items. I need sidebar to flow better.

Sorry to say that but this is not our Theme issue, This is your migration issue, this is not how the site moves, you have to use any third party plugin like Duplicator WordPress plugin for migrating your site, Now you have moved the site into different paths and folders, and not Database and site linked with Database, so its mess for you now, please contact your hosting provider and ask to solve this issue for you on your site, Your hosting provider is the one who can solve it for you.

Hello again, I select single post layout in Theme Option->Blog->Single post and select MEDIUM in Post Layout, but this layout does not design as seen because leave empty space below the image , I expect feature image float left and contents right and contents cover from right -top and below the image to whole page.

1. For Removing the AVAILABILITY please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

2. Sorry to say that but this is not possible to only remove the “CATEGORY:” word, This requires Customization.
Slide revolution current (installed) version is 6.2.18, although, the Available Version 6.2.22. I have updated the porto theme to the last version of 30th august 2020. why the slide rev. update wasn’t included in the porto update?

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are the license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Shop/Store Functionality is provided by the WooCommerce and it is included in the Theme package and you can use any of the Demo as Store Demo, but you have to set up the Store functionality from Scratch if you will not use the Pre Built Shop Demo.

I have never used this theme even though I purchased a while ago. I tried it on a domain but removed it and used another theme. I just installed the Porto theme on a domain, and it says my purchase code used on another domain which is not true. However, I updated the Porto theme today and later, a new issue has occurred. The slider has white spaces on both sides: left and right.

I clearly understand but this and my previous post are not personal support messages. They’re bugs related to updates.
It’s not also a cache issue because I downgraded Porto to 5.4.4 to fix slider after the issue.
- Porto theme and functionalty plugin have been updated. - All caches successfully emptied and Speed Optimization Wizard flushed.

Ok, I see, This Custom CSS in added in Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS, you have to go there and finds and remove the CSS from there, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache. It will solve your issue.

Thanks but If I remove that CSS, it breaks bottom part of the page (under the slider). Once again I downgraded Porto to 5.4.4 to fix slider.
Should I wait until next update is released?

It breaks homepage and there are also a lot of fields which have been broken. I think you should check the original demo and fix it at next updates. Providing custom CSS will break it once again in the future. I always use original demo and never edit any field. Just changed images. That’s all.
