I’ve had a single-use license with your Bridge theme for a few years now. I’ve gone to use it on my new site but the registration code says it’s already in use. I’m not currently using it as far as I’m aware on any website I have running, which is my concern. I’m worried that I’ve used it on an old site I no longer use and have let the URL expire on, and now don’t have access to.
Would you be able to see if this is the case, have access to the URL my registration code is connected to, or be able to reset it so I can use it on my new website by chance?
I’ve attempted to submit a ticket but it failed my request as the licence key has expired support attached to it.

Hi there, I’m having some issues with the ‘subscribe to mailing list’ text at the checkout not showing, initially I thought this was a plugin issue, but I had the below response from the developers of the plugin I was using:
“I investigated this further and found that in the source code the checkbox is there, but something is removing all <label> … </label> wrapped html from the page after its loaded. This seems to be a “feature” in your WordPress theme on your checkout screen. I recommend to contact your theme developer about this issue.”
Could you please provide a snippet that I can add to ensure that this doesn’t happen? Thanks!

I need to know if there is another way to reuse a purchase code if the website is deleted before the code is deregistered on the website. There’s got to be another to remove the purchase code from a non-existing website. It’s frustrating that I can’t post this question to support system because it’s an older code.

1st qustion: where can I find a documentation of how to do this?
2nd question: Are there any difficulties I have to expect or will it be a smooth and easy update? I’ve heard this is a major update and I should expect complications.

You can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here. Also Envato Toolkit is anoutdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.
Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.
If you are using child theme be aware of the following: In Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.
So regarding the child theme customizations – in Bridge releases starting from 18.0 we had to change function names, in order to meet Themeforest requests and standards. Therefore, if you have customized theme functions via child theme, those customizations will not work until you change function names – you just have to replace function name prefixes from ‘qode’ to ‘bridge_qode’ in your child theme. For example, the function name ‘qode_is_native_font’ should be changed to ‘bridge_qode_is_native_font’ in the child theme functions.php file, in order modified function to work.
Some variables and actions had to be renamed too. For example, variable name $qode_options_proya has been changed to $bridge_qode_options. The action ‘qode_header_meta’ is now called ‘bridge_qode_action_header_meta’. Our advice is to compare old file with new file version from the latest Bridge, to see what has been changed. If there are only minor modifications in your child theme file, the safest method would be to use new file version from the latest Bridge and make necessary modifications in the code, instead of renaming functions or variables in the old file.

Can I install the Bridge theme on one domain and copy each demo onto a different page on the same site? Meaning, can I have one website where I can show copies of all the 510 demos (510 webpages within the same site)? If so, what is the best way to do this? Many thanks!
Also, if this is not possible, what is an alternative way to accomplish this?

Every demo contains a set of pages that are included. You could install the theme and then simply import only the pages if you wish, but do note that having more than 500 demos pages on one domain will make your website pretty robust. Do you can do this and it is up to you to choose if you wish to do that. Usually it is meant to import one demo and its demo content, and as well all the themes features from all the demos are included, so you can if you wish use them on your side.

Hello, first of all congratulations for this amazing theme. Looks smart and works good! However I have a little issue regarding my menu in a tablet screen. The manu is displayed correctly in full screen and in a mobile phone (burger menu) but when I try on a ipad / tablet the menu is too long and jumps the last buttons to the middle of the slider. Is there a way to have for example the burger menu working on the tablet?

Hi, please give me some link where I can find out how the “up arrow” – when using page sections – should be working. We are trying to find out since 3d now and whatever we try, doesn’t work. Only the down arrow is working as expected on the developed page. Urgent pls.

Hi, since updating to the latest version 22.9, I now get 500 internal server error message when trying to access my portfolio pages. First it says the following: ‘The page you are looking for does not exist. It may have been moved, or removed altogether. Perhaps you can return back to the site’s homepage and see if you can find what you are looking for.’ and then it shows me the 500 internal server error when I try to refresh the page. All other pages including the homepage seem to be fine, it’s only the portfolios that are affected. Before I get in touch with my hosting provider, please can you let me know if you there is anything at your end that might cause this? Thank you

I purchased the theme and have installed it no problem. However, when importing the demo content it gets stuck at 72%. I believe there was a PHP requirement from my hosting provider and they temporarily increased all my limits to match your criteria, they then attempted to install the demo theme content and they too got stuck on 72%.
Can you please advise?
