Another theme update last week, and the product options in Woocommerce still bugged and not working. After promising it will be fixed “in the next udpate”, and then “the next update” and still nothing. Come on guys it’s been months and months, this is a basic standard feature of Woocommerce and it should work!

Please make sure that you are using the appropriate image size. We have used a 200×200 dimensions image as a team logo.
Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all the required plugins.

How do I add a time to the Next Match widget? Currently, it only shows the countdown and date and location.

Thank you – All of our matches have times ,dates, and locations. However, the next Match Widget does not display the Time. I understand the user guide, but no where does it show how to display the time of the match (despite defining it). This only occurs on the Next Match Widget.
Unfortunately, there is no such kind of option in the theme. It needs to customize the theme templates to realize your request.

The latest version of the theme and external plugin was already tested and checked several times from our developers and testing departments as well. We recommend you to make sure that you have updated all the theme external plugins as well under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> install plugins section. Moreover, we highly recommend you to check via activating the parent theme and via deactivating all of your site extra and caching plugins. We didn’t get any restriction from our end, we recommend you to contact your hosting provider team as well as the plugins section is one of the WordPress default section and the behavior of the plugins section doesn’t depend on the theme in general

This still hasn’t been fixed in the latest version????? Choosing variations still doesn’t change the price of the product and then when you click on the cart it doesn’t show the variation selected by the customer. The variation doesn’t show up in the order in the back-end or on the notification email.
Can you please fix this asap it’s a major functional problem with the theme and renders it useless for use with Woocommerce!
Have you checked the restriction via one of the WordPress default themes? It might be that you set variations wrongly, the theme doesn’t manipulate the Woocommerce settings by default. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide technical support from the comments section

Yes it works fine in Default themes. You guys have been shirking this issue for months and your team told me it would be fixed in the next release and it clearly hasn’t been fixed.
I can’t log a ticket because support expired and I’m not paying again as I just went through this and had to get a refund as you made us pay for support and then the support response was “this will be fixed in next theme update”!!
You guys have already admitted there’s an issue in Your theme with product variations. I have a support email from you saying as much.

We have checked the history of your account from our ticket system. Why are providing incorrect information? Yes I purchased the support as you requested, then I logged a ticket about Product variations, and your support team said it is a known issue and will be fixed next release. You then provided a refund after I said that was pretty poor forcing us to purchase 6 months support just to be told “It will be fixed in theme update” – we get theme theme updates anyway!
Theme update this week – issue still not resolved. There is no misinformation here. There’s a whole other thread on these comments regarding this issue.

You provided a refund for 6 Month extended support that you FORCED us to purchase, not for the theme. I would expect purchasing this theme for it to work with basic functionality of Woocommerce. Your support team explicitly emailed me (Hope Lee) on 13th August stating this issue would be fixed on next update.

There is a issue with “jquery-migrate” which is no longer enabled by default since WordPress 5.5.
With the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ it works again.

The username is linked to the Purchase Code and comes from the Envato server. We noticed that you changed your username on Envato.
