I need to test something new, so I would like to test them on my local first before I mess up with my production site. Now when trying import demo theme, I can’t register. I don’t think you would say I need to buy a new purchase code for this but how can I fix this?

hi there, i have a pre-sale question. On the homepage under Latest Arrivals, is there a possibility to show the product name and price under the product image just like it shows for Related Products? Currently you have to hover on the product image to see the details.

Thanks for taking an interest! For Latest Arrival it is text on hover that will be displayed. But you can always add regular product list where you can choose to have Info below image for sure.

According to the patch notes, the plugins should be updated already so getting the same version from you would not help. From your patch notes:
- Updated WPBakery page builder to 6.3.0 - Updated LayerSlider to 6.11.2

Sam problem that everyone else has with this theme. Layer slider and WP bakery page builder wants us to update to a more secure version but we cannot due to “ License activation is required to receive updates. ”
You cannot say that this comes as news to you?

Please note that these plugins do come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Stockholm team, please fix the error warnings on the plugin page! I have spoken with your team. You have acknowledged the issue and sent over a temporary fix. You said this would be fixed in the most recent update and it is not.
What is going on over there?
I really can’t wait another 8 months for you to release a patch for this issue.

We believe that this was caused because WordPress removed a migration tool known as jquery-migrate (in Version 5.5). Install and activate the official Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin found here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
This should be addressed in an upcoming theme update. We installed and activated the official WordPress Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin, as some of our scripts are dependent on a migration tool that WordPress removed in Version 5.5. Leave it active until we address the behavior in a future theme update.

Hi, there are red error bars next to all the plugins in the plugins page after my update to WP 5.5. Switching to another theme solves the problem. I also deactivated all plugins and still the same problem. Is there a theme compability issue between Stockholm and WP 5.5?

Hi, Im having two issues with the portfolio list on website build, and need some help.
1: I’ve selected the hover colour (black) and regardless of what value I put in the opacity is not changing when I hover. From 1-100 i get full black and at 0 I get full opacity.
2: I have another portfolio list for selected works on another page. When I hover there are no titles at all. Same setting as above portfolio list so i’m not sure whats happening. Please see link below.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WP 5.5 – Almost all plugins conflict with the theme. Please make it compatible so that it works with all highly used 3rd party plugins particularly WP Rocket and caching plugins.
Trying to dismiss that your theme is compatible is just poor form!

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Any timeline on getting an update on this theme? It’s been 8 months and this was a major update. I’m getting red error bars all over the plugins page after the latest WordPress 5.5 update and am starting to get complaints from clients. I’ve put in another comment and was just seeing about an update.
Just for testing purposes I’ve uploaded the theme to a test environment and installed only the plugins needed for Stockholm. Just a dummy install. No content or extra plugins. If you go to the Plugins page you can see all the red error bars I’m referencing.

I’ll try and send an email again. You keep just responding that you’re WordPress 5.5 compatible. Not debating that. Just letting you know that after the update Stockholm starting showing admin notices on the Plugins page on all sites. I have multiple licenses and it’s showing on all. Reference the image link. That is a fresh WordPress install with only Stockholm and required plugins, all deactivated. When I switch to TwentyTwenty the error bars go away.
Just saying if my theme was throwing errors I’d do everything in my power to figure why and fix it. Hope you understand. I’ll email you soon and thanks for the help in advance.
