You have to change the symbol from WooCommerce >> Setting >> WooCs as per your requirements, and the currency you are using “EGP” has the same symbol as Currency Name, that is the reason it is showing twice, and this is not our Theme issue, but this is WOOCS plugin default functionality.

I have recently updated the Porto theme and my Porto carousel on the home page of my website has now shrunk to the left hand side of the screen and no longer stretches out centrally across the website. I’ve gone onto edit the page with WPBakery but when I make changes everything just doesn’t look right and I can’t edit the carousel properly. Is there a reason this has happened after updating the theme? Can you help at all?

I’m on the phone to my hosting provider. We can ping themeforest.net and portotheme.com and the cURL extension is installed and fully functional. Please can you provide the IP address or FQDN of where the cURL request will be sent to when trying to activate the license for Porto Theme?
In the activation code PDF it says that the item is this: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399This URL can be successfully cURL’d to from the server on which my site is hosted.
No PHP error logs are being written to when I try and activate the licence.
No outgoing TCP packets are being dropped by the firewall when I attempt licence activation.

It’s because your server environment can not access to our server https://portotheme.com
Please try to ping our server and let us know if it works.
Please enable the curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.
OR
Contact us via our support system with your Theme purchase code PDF file and your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and on our test site and show you the issue is with the purchase code or with your server.

Can you please check it once with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site and if the issue will still presist then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated and share your site WP Admin Login details with us via our support system so that we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.

It makes clear that the issue is not from our Theme but it is from core WordPress, Please contact WordPress support or your hosting provider and ask to solve this issue for you on your site with WordPress default Theme, once it will work fine with the WordPress default Theme, it will automatically work fine with our Theme as well.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, This tab is coming from the default WooCommerce plugin and there is no option in the plugin to change it into multiple columns as your want and our Theme does not have any influence on it, This requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend to contact our customization team or hire a developer.

Hello, I’ve got an issue with the 3 websites I’m using your theme. It comes with the update of WooCommerce 4.4 and 4.5, the product title dosn’t accept anymore HTML language. Woocommerce Teams says they corrected it with the new release (4.5) but still have this problem on my 3 websites using Porto. I think I still have this problem cause the Porto Fonctionnality Plugin is not updated ? Changing the “blocks”. Why don’t the block updated on the “frontpage”, after I have changed the “block” content, and saved. Seems something is hardcoded somewhere in the theme.
