Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Otherwise, you can use this plugin as well:

Please run the backup of your site first, and then deactivate all the third party plugins from your site and then update the WordPress first to the very latest version and after that follow the video to update the Theme on your site:

And after that update the Theme requires and recommended plugins as well and check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure you will not finds the single issue and then activate all the third-party plugins one by one on your site and check if anyone creating an issue on your site or not, if yes then do not use that plugin and if no then you can go with it.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 05/06/2020. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi,

I have noticed that after updating the theme, when i create a new category under Product->Categories then it doesn’t appear as category for the Menu I’m using so i cannot add it in the Menu (for now i used a work around to make a custom link)

Here is the snapshot

The items shown in above snapshot (Bag, Fashion etc) are not part of categories even. Not sure where it is being taken from. Please help. Thanks

Hi! I am aware my support has expired but nothing wrong happened with my installation of your plugin up until now, I’m afraid.

The badges for percentage discount, featured and sale products have disappeared although they are properly enabled on the backoffice.

We needed to delete some cache files and this happened. Could you help me out? Maybe tell me which files to look for? We’ve cloned the website to a stating area and have been running tests on it as: updating the theme, updating all plugins and wp and nothing seems to help.

Please do the following debugging processes one by one listed below, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
V|.  Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

This is because you have set the Header View as Fixed, you have to set the Header View as default from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header as showing below and it will solve your issue.

Hello. I have recently purchased Measurment Price Calculator plugin and i tested it on my products. I have a problem, the price is not displayed when the measurments are put. This dynamically changed field is not working and it is related to the Porto theme, something is not compatible. I know this because i have tested this plugin on other themes and everything was ok. Is it possible for you to fix the compatibility between this plugin and your theme? Or at least if you can point us where the problem is – that would be great.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Measurement Price Calculator plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team at ptheme.customize@gmail.com for paid Customization services.

Hello, I’ve got a technical problem. In corporate 3 demo header sticky nav has dark color and logo in white version. But when you resize the screen so it switches to mobile sticky nav – then background turns white, while logo still staying white and it makes it invincible for the user. How can I fix it?

I am sorry but payment and email have no link with our Theme directly, emails have been handled by the WooCommerce and the server and the payment has been handled by the payment plugin and WooCommerce, If you will check it with the default WordPress Theme like twenty twenty, you will find the same issue, so I suggest you to please contact the WooCommerce support or the plugin Author and ask to solve this issue for you, you can read the below-given threads as well:

Hi, We use Porto Theme for Woo on one of our websites. Our developer is having issues when trying to implement Square for Woocomerce on our checkout page and has stated that there is an issue with the plugin working with Porto Theme. Could you please advise if the Square for Woocommerce payment plugin works with Porto and if so, why we would be having some issues implementing it on our website., I’d like to pass the information onto our developer to troubleshoot the issue.
