We don’t recommend it dear because when a new version of any plugin is launched we make the theme compatible with it and launch the new version of the theme. Then the chances of conflict diminish of the plugins and the theme. Recently we updated the theme and provided latest plugins in the theme. Best Regards

“you will get updates of Version 6 on regular basis” per your press release. We are looking for version 6 to be updated for compatibility with Wordpress 5.6. When will you update it?
And when will you include the latest layerslider updates? v6.9.2 is from 2019 and has issues with even wordpress 5.3.
And woocommerce v4.9.1 is backward compatible all the way back to the version we currently have, v4.5.2. When will you ship the updated version? This is just lazy dev for an old theme at this point. Why say you’re going to provide regular support for version 6 if you don’t actually follow thru. Dissapointing.

We have recently launchef an update of Version 7 which is compatible with WordPress 5.6 and we recommend to please take a backup of your old version of the site and install this new version 7.0. In fact Php8.0 has been launched and it is necessary now to use this new version 7. Please let us know what help you need from us. Regards

We have an old project. We were told that we can expect regular updates to Lifeline 6.X for old projects – which you have failed to provide. Leading us on and telling us instead just update to 7.0 isn’t right. 7.X requires paying for the payment gateways that we currently use FREE and is a total bait & switch tactic.
Your choice – play us for fools and remove that incriminating text from your website, or take responsibility for your broken promises and deliver simple updates to the 6.X version of the theme. We’re not talking huge coding changes here…just plugin package updates that you ship with the theme.
First of all we are not making you fool, we always work for the benefit of the clients. Think of a time when Php 8 stop supporting few of the commands they used to use in previous versions and you will not be able to use the payment gateways. I am ready to give you a free payment gateway if you think we are trying to charge you extra. 20,000 dollars we invested in building the new donation plugin and why we did it because we thought it was necessary to do it. The technical aspect that we have in our mind, you can not imagine it because you only use the theme brother but we have to satisfy all of our clients and now the clients were complaining about the slowness of older versions so we tried to do better from our end. We are humans as well and we are here for profits but not by using wrong tactics. Regards

If you’re pushing all your former lifeline clients to v7, why not just come out and say it? We made the decision to continue running Lifeline v6.X because of your statement that you would continue to update it. Like we mentioned before, this is an old project – we’re literally doing what you TOLD us to do..

M$ supported XP for five years after the release of Windows 7 with regular updates. Lifeline 7 has been out for less than 6 months, and not a single update to the older version has been released (yet – but we are happy you’re listening!). So please, continue to share your logic and we will politely listen 
Not asking for anything crazy here; we are looking for version 6 to be updated for compatibility with Wordpress 5.6, and an update to woocomerce and layer slider (both are backwards compatible back to the versions that shipped with Lifeline 6.2.1) When can we expect the Versions 6 update? You are facing this issue because of the maximum execution time. Please increase the max execution time of your site to 300. After that your issue will be fixed.

Your issue has been fixed. You were facing this problem because of some restrictions applied from your server. We disabled those settings and now options are working properly.

hi, as suggested by you, i have made the site go live http://tuevo.com.ng/ and as you can see the site didn’t load properly. this happens anytime i make any change, right now i just change the address in the top bar setting and this affect the display of the site, but if i remove the address i added the site will display well. this issue is both on localhost too.
also the site is slow is loading (opening both on localhost and live) I await your reply

Turning RTL on/off, this is not enabled for changes within THEMEOPTIONS. These settings are not editable. Is there a way I can have this enabled and be able to turn things ON or OFF please.

We have given an updated version 6.2.1 in which we have given following fixes and updates.- Fixed – Theme options toggle Enable/Disable button working issue has been fixed.
- Fixed – Gallery upload issue has been fixed.
- Compatibility – Compatible with 4.5.1 version of WooCommerce.
- Updated – WooCommerce files have been updated.
- Updated – Lifeline Theme Support plugin has been updated.

I have just downloaded an updated version of the theme but when I make any changes under THEME OPTIONS, no changes are effected and also makes everything aligned RIGHT and reducing the width of the Slider, removing the demo donation. please see site devsite.acfode.or.ug (have never used this theme ever since I bought it and decided to make use of it now)
