Hello.

I want to buy one of your beautiful templates, but I have some questions before buying.

If the pre-built template does not include a BLOG and slider as shown in the tutorial, can I still create them?

Or do I need to choose one of them which includes these features?

Can I change anything in the pre-built template like for example: layouts of blog or pages or the header, options of the slider, fonts, color etc?

Thanks for taking an interest! Yes for sure you can create those on your end, just because of they do are not presented on a demo it does not mean that you cannot use them on your side. Anything you can see on our landing page under Elements can be used on y our end. https://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/

You can for sure change all those things, as you do have our theme options that affect header, fonts, Sliders are editable for sure and the layout of blog can be changed both within our theme options and you can use our Blog list shortcode where you could change the layout.

Could you please try to disable all your third party plugins as we have not tested this plugins with our theme nor can guaranty theme compatibility. On your end we do see that it is jquery-hashchange-plugin that is causing an issue.

Once we test our theme on our end we cannot replicate the issue at all.

Do you include all of the elementor templates? As in single posts, archive posts that I can update and also copy for custom post types I want to create please?

Yes you can create your own templates of a page and save them, however the templates that comes with Elementor Pro are not available, as our theme comes with regular version of the plugin. As well as you also do have our own already predefined layouts when you import our demo content which you can for sure use.

I updated to the new Bridge version 23.1 but WPBakery didd’t get updated. It is still using the old version 6.3.0. it should be the 6.4. Why does this happen every time I get a new update from Bridge. Las update, it happened too. Am I doing something wrong?

Looking to potentially buy again for another project, but concerned over some issues in the current version. When clicking on a variable product it says ‘Select Options’ but while the page loads the button changes to ‘Adding to cart’. Secondly, the cart totals don’t appear to support ajax updating. Have these things been addressed?

1. We have check this further more and it seems that you were right. However if the speed of the site is normal it would not be noticed, therefor we could not reproduce this. However we have noted our dev team about it and it will for sure be updated in the next theme update.

2.If you refer to the cart it gets updated for sure. If we somehow misunderstood you please explain a bit more so we can be sure which element exactly you refer to.

Hi thanks. Re the cart sorry I wasn’t specific enough. When a product is added to the cart the cart icon updates via ajax. However once on the cart page, if you remove a product or change the quantity the cart total is not updated unless you click update cart. It would be good to see this feature added in future updates.
