1. Sorry to say that but there is no such policy.

2. Yes, If you want to use any Premium Plugin Premium Features then you have to purchase it separately, This is Envato Policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

3. We have not officially tested our Theme with the WP Rocket plugin, but many of our customers are using it on their sites, so you can also try it.

4. Yes, you can, you can hide the Add to Cart Button, Price, and also you can remove the Cart and Checkout pages as per your requirements.

Missing wpbakery update in latest release! smh

The wpbakery update (6.4.0) was release at 11.09.2020 and your update was in 16.09.2020. I still don’t get it why you didn’t include. This happen all the time! You still update the plugins outside from themeforest web page. And that piss me off!

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the theme update.

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Hi, I am trying to open a support ticket but when I submit it it says “We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page.”

Anyway my questions is as follows:

I would like to know if I could either disable live search for mobile only or if I could make the results show in a better UI, on mobile the keyboard gets on top of the results and this is very bad UX, but on desktop it is very good. If I tap “ok” on the keyboard or tap anywhere else the results get hidden and I have to do a regular search anyway (by tapping the magnifying glass icon).

Support is broken?! Why am I unable to ask for help – I have several paid licences !!? I’m now unable to update as the licence gives an error “Purchase Code is not valid or could not connect to the API server!”—and somehow you have 2 purchase codes / licences locked by one domain and it should be free for me to use on a new website ?!

Please deactivate all the third party plugins from your site including the cache plugins as well and also remove the server cache and deactivate it as well till you are in the development process and check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

This is not our Theme issue, but this may be your Permalinks or WordPress Core issue.

First check with setting default Permalinks for your site from Setting >> permalinks and check back your site after removing the server, site and browser cache.

OR

Please check it once with Activate the default WordPress Theme just to make it sure that the issue is from our Theme or not.
