I am sorry for the inconvenience, we always try our best to list in the changelog, but if you could check the WooCommerce update history, they update the plugin very frequently, infact on average every week they release the updates so it’s difficult for us to only write the changelog for this every week, that is the main reason, Hope you can understand our limitations.

Always deactivate all the third-party plugins and cache plugins also the server cache as well, before updating the Theme and then update the Theme by following the video listed below and also do not forget to update the Theme required/recommended plugins as well, finally check back your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, after that, you can activate all the cache and third-party plugins again one by one if the works smoothly.

I am sorry this is not possible, The very first tab on the Single Product page will always be open when the page loads, this is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin.

I want to change my porto theme from whitebaperby.com (with b) to whitepaperby.com, I purchased a wrong domain and now my theme is related with whitebaperby.com (the wrong domain). I deleted all the files but the purchase code is still related with this previous wrong domain.

Tried to create a support ticket but it gave me errors says I do not have access to use support ticket….

Looking for help with site – mini cart keeps loading and doesn’t load buttons for view cart / checkout, just keeps showing spinwheel. Tested on chrome and firefox, plugins updated, theme latest version. Please let me know how to fix this as its very difficult for customers to find the checkout page or cart without this.

Hello, I have purchased this theme. Before i have used this theme in my old domain. Now i have removed wordpress completely from old domain and install new domain. On entering purchased code it says that code is already used. What to do so that i can reuse code. My old domain is of no use and i have removed files also.

How can it be our ISP, it is not aware that it is a ‘helpdesk’? So for now, we have no means of contacting you on your support desk in the usual means. We also tried it via 3G (not the same ISP) and that has the same result.
