Hey I am on Rehub v12.6 and suddenly noticing that I cannot go through the Theme Options at all. Clicking the left menu options does not take me to the relevant menu. For example: clicking ‘Appearance/Color’ doesn’t take me to that option. It sticks to the ‘General options’ page only. Please help me out how to solve it. I saw your message on top: “if you have issues in theme option – update BROWSER cache” Well, I have tried from Chrome, Safari, both mobile and computer. I have cleared cache, fully reset the browser and tried… Still the same.
Please fix this bug.
Btw, all other pages of the wordpress dashboard working fine.

I have set “type of schema for reviews” to “based on editor’s reviews”. However, product schema doesn’t show up/work. It only works if a user adds a comment and then it uses editor + user aggregate instead of just editors. Why is that happening?

I added this to the bottom of the post: [wpsm_reviewbox regular=1] – Now there’s a review showing at the bottom. Is this what you mean? If so, 1) schema still doesn’t work and 2) this is almost identical to the “10/10 (Expert Score) Product is rated as #1 in category Blogging Courses” section at the top of the post. So why do I need both to show for the Product Schema to work? I thought this section at the top was the review already
theme set rating if you have editor’s reviews even if you don’t have user. If you don’t see this, you are using custom solution for schema. For example, seo by yoast set own schema.
I said in my original message theme is already set to have editor ratings. Yoast doesn’t do schema but just in case I disabled it and that didn’t change anything.

In this demo we added search widget using Elementor page builder in home page.
If you want to add search bar in header you can choose Shop/Comparison header (logo + search + login + cart/compare icon) header layout from Theme Options > Header and Menu.
If this does not give you the desired design you can design custom header like this.

My header looks fine on Desktop, but when I goto mobile, the hamburger menu and search icon becomes two separate lines. I need them on the same horizontal line. They’re fine on desktop, but mobile is not lined up.

Its not clear where you got these elements. Theme has no such items. Please, write to author of plugin which you use for them

You can use code snippet plugin, but I don’t know how it works, maybe it doesn’t support php codes. You need to install child theme, then, put code in functions.php of child theme before ?>

Hey respected Shizam,regards to you.The reason that i want to contact you is that i am facing a problem with WPbakery Page Builder the bonus plugin you provided in your theme.Its that when i search for templates in the plugin it shows only 1 template that is “row sidebar” but as far as i know there should be many templates available because i have seen them in one of a youtube video,templates such as rehub homepage template.Its very important for me to solve this problem as i am stucked halfway in completing my website.Please help.

Shizam i got another problem while creating the footer in elementor .The footers i create in elementor doesnot come to the bottom of the website instead it stays at the top right below the menu.I followed everything just like you guided in your youtube video (link : https://youtu.be/14qe-ePG0Bk ) . I have also pasted the shortcode in the custom footer area in widgets section still the problem persist and also disabled footer widget sections.But if i use a readymade footer template from elementor the problem doesnt occur.Here is a sample screenshot :

1. First i dont get the highlight effect while hovering over my main menu.Additionally can you please tell me how to create a dropdown menu.
2. Second its complicated but i use woozone for product imports from amazon because to use content egg i need the API key from Amazon which i am not yet qualified to receive.So what happen is that after importing any products the product image doesnt show but whenever i set the featured photo to any downloaded photo it does show in brief the problem is the main product photo doesnt show just a white blank photo appears

Hey shizam sir it did get installed and the menu problem has been solved but the display product image is still not resolved…Here are two screenshots in one page it is showing all images it happens when i open my shop page directly from wordpress also when i do that the SSL certificate gets disabled.But in case two if i go back to homepage and then again come to shop page the product images gets empty(the SSL certificate gets enabled).

i dont know how i enabled the blog posts in wordpress and now a seperate blog posts section has been created in dashboard (see here : https://pasteboard.co/JrVp2iF.jpg )
now whats happening is that when i post something in posts section the posts doesnt show up in the “posts page” (as set in the reading settings in wordpress) instead it shows up in some category like this – https://pasteboard.co/JrVruBkh.jpg
but if i create posts in blog posts section in wordpress dashboard the new post does show up in the desgnated page setted up in reading section.
Just tell me how to disable the “blog posts” options in dashboard and keep only the “posts” option.This might solve the problem.Thanks in advance

When you click on category link it will redirect to category page. Breadcrumbs in WooCommerce doesn’t show shop page. This is expected correct breadcrumbs

Hi it seems there is a conflict between WCFM Marketplace and Rehub Theme. Please see this error when trying to add a product in WCFM Marketplace

When saving a new product it bunches up all the writing instead of separating the paragraphs.

this is not compatibility error. Disable wishlist for caching in theme option – global enable because your hosting doesn’t support it
