With respect to your query here:
- The theme comes pre translated into over 40 different languages including Arabic. This means as soon as you install the theme it will automatically be translated into your language without having to do much. See this link to find the language that you want. Check out this doc on how to create a full translation. Regarding WPML you can use it but we recommend an alternative as stated here.
- It is also possible to add multiple timings for the restaurant listings. You can do this while editing the listing on the right panel.
- Yes it is also possible to get rid of the left sidebar in the search page. You can do this by deleting the widget under Listing Archives – Sidebar.

For you to be able to see the products in the submission form you first need to ensure you have created products to link to the listings. If you would like listing owners to submit and manage their own products, you will need to install the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin.
To show products on the listing submission form to users choose which products to display under Listings > Settings > Products then under products limitation select “ALL”. This should display the all products with a dropdown on the listings submission page.

You guys really need to include some basic features like the ‘Claiming’ and the ‘Listing Payments’ features. Selling these very basic features at $30 per plugin is pretty nuts. People have supported this theme, and Astoundify, for a long time. Me included. Nickel and diming us for basic features like this is completely unacceptable.
This used to be a theme I easily recommended. Now it’s not even on the radar.

Hi.
I am looking for a theme to create a restaurant directory theme. I would like to know if you theme supports the following features.
1. Bulk import restaurants from a csv file ( I will use wpallimport probably) with working map for the listings.
2. Search by category, region and text.
3. Reply to a review.
4. Vote a review (thumbs up or down).
5. Add customs fields for score.
6. Have a page with all the reviews, and a feature to sort them by popularity, best reviews etc.
7. Page builder support like Elementor (I hope you dont use wpbakary since it is a very bad builder).

- It is possible to do a bulk import of restaurants listings from a csv file. You can do this via the WP All Import plugin. Kindly check this doc for more insight about this.
- Yes, it is also possible to perform a search using those filters like keywords, category and regions. See more about search filters from this doc
- With the WP Job Manager reviews plugin, listing owners can reply to reviews. They can even moderate reviews that are posted on their listings.
- Unfortunately, this feature is not available.
- Sounds like a custom feature though which we do not have or can support. However currently, we only use theWP Job Manager Field Editor plugin to create custom fields.
- Again, this feature is also not available with our theme.
- As for the page builder support, You can use Elementor with Listify. You will however need to first install our Elementify plugin. The plugin enables support of Elementor by the theme. With the plugin, this facilitates building custom pages using Elementor.

I really like the theme, but i have problem, when i use the filter on the resultpage i don’t see the url changing with a string according to the filter. Is this something i can change in WP or do i need to change something on the code? Hi! I would like to know a few things before purchasing… 1 – Is it possible to upload entire menus for a restaurant? 2 – Can I divide those menus into sections (ex. Breakfast, Dinner, Beverages) 3 – Can I, as admin, post listings without having to sign up an email? 4 – I see I can categorize listings in food, beverages, gyms, barbers, etc. But can I subdivide those categories (ex. food into burgers, tacos, pizza, etc.) 5 – Can I remove the location section of the searchbar (since all listings will be within the same city) 6- How easily can a NON-programmer set up the site? 7 – Can the site be translated to Spanish? - As for 1&2, this is possible with a little customization. You could add a new field for the restaurants to upload a menu PDF using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin, or you could let users add their menu items in the text description box when they are submitting their business to the site.They can also be subdivided too by using the same.
- It is possible to create a post listing as an admin from the backend of your WordPress dashboard. You only need to login to your admin area and go to Listings > Add New.
- Yes it is also possible to subdivide the listing categories. You can simply set them as “Parent” category when creating or editing the category.
- As for removing the location section of the search bar, it is possible with a few custom CSS code implementations.
- The installation and use of the theme does not require any technical knowledge. Users can easily set up the site quickly as it is simple to understand as you’re guided by the WordPress dashboard. Additionally, in case you are stuck you can always feel free to reach out to our support team.
- As for the Spanish translation concern, our theme is already translated to Spanish, See Here. You can also add your own translation or contribution, kindly check this doc to get more insight about this.

Long time user…so the prompt to ask for the location of the user is not working, this used to work great, not sure when it stopped but must have been recently. We have checked everything on our end as far as HTTPS, AIP is valid, not sure what is wrong.
We did a full plug in shut down as well it still does not show the prompt. Honestly don't want to pay $50.00 to renew help, for you to tell me you have a plug in for that now. We have the extended location plug in that should be doing that and everything is set for it to show in that as well. Any help would be appreciated.

As per your query here: Kindly ensure that you have installed and activated the Extended Location plugin. Then go to “Listings > Settings > Location Settings” and enable “user location suggestion” under “Auto Location” See more here.
Alternatively, if you want users to be prompted to give their location from the web browser, we do recommend following the steps indicated from this doc. As for this alternative, please ensure the auto suggestion option in Extended Location plugin is off.

None of your advice has helped. The code you suggest breaks the site. We have had an updated version of Extended Locations that we paid extra for. User suggested locations is turned on within the listings menu.
Your “see more here” link is outdated. Turning off non necessity plug-ins does not fix the issue.

Ok, now as I said before that has been done, BUT I did it again. The only plug ins that are turned on are the ones you recommended for the theme.

As i look through the comments I see others asking for the Extended Location plug in to be updated to work with the new Google API, so the problem is yours.
Also I see on the demo site you have an option to add “location” to the search filters. I have no such option in mine. But of course that’s my fault right, and i should give you $50.00 to find out why? Regarding your issue here, in order to enable the Location filter option you would need to navigate to Listings > Settings > Listings and disable the option “Search by Region”. Moreover, please ensure you have installed the regions plugin as well for this option to appear.

When creating a product, vendors can create listing payments package and listing payment subscription and I don’t want it to be possible. How can I avoid it?

Hello, Since updating wordpress and woocommerce components, I have a recurring message: “Your (Child Listify) theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to solve this problem:

Hi, I’d like to know if this theme can be customised to display specifically one type of business, and remove all the other search criteria from the main pages.
For example, I want to create a site that will help the user find a particular trades person, say (a plumber) so all I want the theme to do it display plumbers in the area the visitors choses via postcode, or address for example…. then show a listing of those near that area. Is this possible?

As per your query here: Yes it is possible for the listing owners to sell the same products [if it’s your product or the admin’s product]. In general, you are not supposed to sell someone else’s product. You are only supposed to sell your own.
Additionally, you can allow users to sell admins products as an added benefit to the customers. As per the two themes, there is no possible way to merge them.

I have installed the woocommerce vendors plugin and the woocommerce booking plugin, what I want is that at the same time that a seller sells his products through the store he can also create reservations, but the seller does not have the option when creating the bookable product. Any solution? Could it be because of the user role?

As per your query here: In case you want to create a booking you can simply use the WC Bookings plugin from the backend. Simply go to Bookings > Add Bookings. You can either create a reservation for a customer or leave it as a Guest. You can go through this plugin’s doc to see how to achieve this.

With regard to the WooCommerce Memberships plugin it’s basically used to create memberships so that registered members can enjoy certain privileges but also to restrict your site’s content to members depending on various membership level.
This is quite different from the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin and WP Job Manager – Products which are purposely meant to help registered users sell products within their listing page.

It’s really a bad experience when you purchase something you think is a one time purchase and it turns out to be a subscription model. It’s never good to surprise your customers.

As per your question here:
The only configurable section is the search page where you can change the listing card’s column to either 1, 2, or 3. Three is the maximum number of columns that you can have. However, changing this to either 4 or 5 columns in both the search page and home page sections would require some custom work. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an option to set more than 3 columns.

The listify theme comes in two demo versions whereby we have the classic demo and the rentals demo. You may have probably checked out the classic demo which does not have the booking option. This functionality is enabled by the Woocommerce Bookings plugin which is found in the rentals demo.
