at the bottom of the page at the below link, it has pagination but going to page 2 it gives an error. Using BeTheme 16.5 but have BeTheme Child 1.6.1 with a lot of custom stuff being used in the child theme.

yes, this is just because you have enabled jQuery filtering and filters for the same page what is prohibited. Both options are incompatible and you have to decide if you want to use pagination or jQuery filtering.

Ok. Well I just turned jQuery Filtering off and Filters is set to Show only categories and posts per page is set to 70 so pagination isn’t showing at all now so that’s good now I guess. Thanks for the help.

My question is the following: I just bought the theme but I want to do the tests in another domain, if I activate the design in the test domain and then deactivate it, will I have a problem when I activate it again in the final domain? Thank you

Why can’t I update bundled plugins from my dashboard? I registered my license.

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

That’s exactly how I tried it, but I get error message : the package cannot be installed. The package doesn’t contain any files.

Website is saying support is $17, however coming through to themeforest, it goes up to over $40.

I need help as our woocommerce categories are supposed to be 4 columns wide, however for some reason they’re changed to 3 wide with one on a new line each time. Any idea?

Hey, one question in the muffin builder is there any item to only show the woocommerce categories? I found the “Shop Item” but this is only displaying products. I only want to show the categories

I have 3 licenses and all 3 are linking to one license when I run it in the link you provide to check licenses. When I try to update the website I am working with it tells me the license associated with the theme is from the staging site. I did not deregister it when I transferred it over and support is expired. I need help.Can you assist me please? If you can check on your end what the license is with the staging link I used (temp link through the host provider) and disable it or add the actual link would be appreciated. Thank you

I did that. When I place the license number in there with my user name, it shows an entirely different license to another website I have. I bought 3 license from you. One is actually connected to the site it shows, but the other two license I have when I put in the provided slot in the link you gave me, it brings up the other website with that license number…not the license I placed in the slot.

Pre-purchase question. I’ve been browsing your themes for awhile now but it seems the one I was interested in is no longer available. It was a “Theater” theme; mostly in black. So if I were to purchase the current Theater theme, because it’s not built with Elementor, which is what I’ve been working with for a couple of years, how much help can I expect from Bee to change the ‘tanish’ color scheme to mostly black and dark greys? I’m not familiar with muffin and am donating this project to a small local non-profit theater company so I really would like to keep my time to a minimum. I can be more precise as to the sections I would like to change to black, if that would help.

I can’t update the theme. When trying to update it shows me an error that the Package could not be installed. The package does not contain files.

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

I have purchased the theme and building my website on my local desktop. I will move this website to the actual domain and server once everything is complete. When i install the theme in my local desktop, it is asking me to register the theme with purchase code. I have 1 purchase code. When i move the website to the actual server and domain, can i use the same purchase code. How does it work. Please advise.

I can’t find the files to update the Revolution Slider and the plugin disabled the function to edit or save

If you don’t have Install Plugins tab available, please disable all 3rd party plugins as one of them is the culprit.
