I dont think so it’s hosting issue, because when i had installed same theme in the localhost using xampp server, it is showing me the one of the following errors

Sorry to say that but we have not tested our Theme with the Divi builder so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try it with the Theme, but with a pre-built Demo, you can use WP Bakery, Elementor, or Gutenberg Page builder.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

You can achieve what you want using a simple trick, you have create 2 banners on your site page, one for the Desktop version and another for the mobile version, now edit the columns in which the banners has been set, and go to Column Responsiveness options and hide the Desktop Banner on Mobile Device and vice versa, it will work for you.

You can not change the position of the content in pre-built layout of the single product page, but if you want to change the layout of the single product page then you can use Custom Product Layout Builder as well:

Any way we can always make sticky menu at bottom as fixed. Right now it gets visible only if header is not there . But any way to make it fix always.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, The Sticky header will not be fixed always, This requires Customization, Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. This is only possible with “Custom Product Layout Builder”, you have to create your own layout and change the positions of the sections as per your requirements, you can select the Extended Image layout when using Product Image element as showing below:

​This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.

The WooCommerce Filter only works on Shop/Category Archive pages, not on any other page, This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce Filters you can check it with the default WordPress theme as well and you will find the same behavior.

i’m having the same issues upgrading php again,, this time from 7.0 to 7.3 – the error message: Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress. I do not have any support left, but do not feel I should have to pay again for this? please advise why I am getting this error message, all the plugins and theme is upto date?

This is not our Theme issue but this is your site and server issue.

This is caused when the PHP code in your site is not compatible with the version of PHP your site is currently using. More specifically, the issue is with the outdated MySQL extension which was removed as of PHP 7.0.

Please read this article and contact your hosting provider and ask to solve this issue for you on your site.

The plugins provided with theme, (bakery and slider), are not activated. Is it supposed to be like this or there is a problem with my installation.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.
