Hello everyone, recently there seems to be a bug with the WP Backery – on many lines a padding top is created with 35 px and padding right left with 15 px (especially for pictures mobile). An adjustment of 0px in the design settings does not help, css with padding top 0 important does not help and with porto options the padding top disable does not help either :( Can you please help me?

That padding is for the Inner Column, and it has been generated by the WP Bakery default, It does not have any influence with our Theme, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache, it will solve your issue.

Thanks for your reply. The footer was just an example – it seems to be a general problem with the vc_column_inner and a padding top of 35 px. It is not on every column. This is of course annoying, because due to the update some distances on the website are no longer correct. Best regards, Adrian

1. Loading Overlay: It is the loading circles before page loads, If you turn this ON, It will show like this: https://postimg.cc/NK6DHCwT

2. Please do the following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue and if the issue still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share the WP Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well via our support system so that we will check and solve your issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Hello, I want to buy but I have 2 questions. 1. I noticed there is no demo with an email field next to the CTA button, which is quite important for quick conversations (downloading free ebooks etc.). Any plans on adding this? If yes, when? 2. I will be probably using the Yith plugin suite, have you noticed any compatibility-issues from your clients in the past?

1. You can simply create the email field using Contact Form 7 plugin or MailPoet 2 which are bundled with the Theme and use those forms anywhere on your site as per your requirements.

2. The Yith plugins already included in the Theme package are listed below:

YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter
YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search
YITH WooCommerce Wishlist

And also Porto WordPress Theme is fully compatible with:

YITH WooCommerce Badge Management

Other then these you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

I will purchase support if required but here the problem is with the university demo. Others are fine. I had to change the demo as the uni was not working. Im using the other one now but just for your information so that if it is a bug you can fix it before others try to use it. Thanks

Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart Page and change the Cart Page Version as “Version 1”, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Good afternoon, I activated the license on this site https://ramtech-solution.com/ but since the port demos were not efficient for it, I re-established the database of that wordpress and applied another theme that has nothing to do with the port one. When I wanted to use the license now, the system told me that it is still active in https://ramtech-solution.com but it turns out that that site no longer has a database associated with porto theme, but with the new theme.

I assume that it is something that you must cancel from your servers or I don’t know, but I need to apply the license for the site where I will use it.

I really need your help. I have a custom made plugin I need for my business model, and it is not running along with the Porto theme.

I already tested the plugin with a few themes, and Porto is the only one with issues. I tested with Storefront, Astra, Themify, and YITH Proteo. The plugin was developed with Storefront as the base, so it follows best practices.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested your Custom Made plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

I’m really disappointed with your fucking theme. It has the most complicated theme option i ever seen. I have just tested the latest Theme at my end and the option is working perfectly fine as showing in this video: https://streamable.com/s60888

Only hover color is not working for now because the hover has been set using Custom CSS and the option is not overriding it, you have to change the hover using Customization and except hover all the options are working fine, This must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, always try to check the site with a hard refresh as “CTRL + F5” and please read and follow the instructions written in this article:

First of all, you are using a very very very old version of the Theme, which is not more compatible with the latest version of the WordPress and Plugins as well.

You have missed a lot of Theme updates in between your current running Theme version on your site and the very latest version of the Theme in which we have added/removed many of the features in the Theme, design of the Theme has also been changed a lot and also there are some more new plugins included in the Theme package as well and some old plugins are removed from the Theme as well, you can check the changelog of the Theme here:

So my suggestion to you is to start from scratch instead of an update because I am sure it will create some design and options issues for you and which are not possible to retrieve without Customization.

But if you still want to go with an update of the Theme, then you can by following this video:

Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is a combination of these 3 plugins so before installing Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for the visual composer as well it is up to you.

You must have to assign those newly created Categories to some products and then it will appear with Porto One Page Category until and unless you will not assign those Categories to any product, it will not appear. This is the default functionality of the element.

For Reordering them, you can use the Simple Custom Post Order plugin and reorder the Categories from backend, it will automatically be reordered on frontend as well.

As I explained already you can only hide the items from Porto Once Page Category using Custom CSS, so please share the screenshot and the URL of the page which Item you want to remove, I’ll share the Custom CSS with you.

No, Sorry to say that but you can not completely remove it, you can change it with a tag using a code that we shared, you have to copy and paste the below given Code in your Child Theme functions.php file and change the tag in it as per your requirements:
