when i added the theme i registered it, but the application was faulty on the platform i chose to buy a server.. so i reconfigured and now i am here doing the back and forth with “support” with a product key that won’t work anymore..

Interesting.. So i guess i bought a code and not a theme because there is not website with the theme on it. Just a code that doesn’t work.. as i am telling you i dont have the theme active at all because the code doent work..
As you can understand, there are measures to limit the misuse of licenses and limit piracy.
Look in my account and see the other themes. I have changed them over for testing over 50 times each theme.. but i change the domain but not the IP and i get flagged and put into this huge conversation.

Real talk.. there is no where for me to cancel the product key against the domain, api, log in, account and any instrument.. so i came to ask.. I have updated theme to latest version and also updated Uncode WPBakery Page Builder version to 6.2.0 when I go to edit page it display mess with code. there is no visual composer builder in backend. Cause your server cache the files… Open the inspector if there is an error “msie” the problem is the one we refer. Otherwise, we need to check your installation since no other users are not reporting the same issue.

I have cleared server cache and ther eis no any plugin for cache. So what I need to do now to fix this?
Clear the cache this is the only fix! Your cache is NOT cleared. To workaround you can install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Then try to remove next week, probably the Page Builder will work by magic since the cache will be flushed during the week (since now is NOT flushed).
So I need to install this plugin and plugin works fine then after week remove this plugin. Right?

Hi. I purchased a regular license. And i facing issue with registering the theme. The error im getting is invalid credentials or invalid ENvato account details. Im not getting any error message. Once i enter the purchase code, and click register, the page refreshes automatically and comes back again to the registration page and still showing the product is not registered.

When do you have in mind to release a major Uncode update to compete against Avada and any other top premium templates?
It´s necessary to count with a live site builder like Elementor, and a serious Woocommerce template, not simply a rapid adaptation. It´s necessary to create new fresh templates for my account, cart, checkout, register and access pages… They are poor in terms of user experience right now.
It´s an authentic pity to realize how this awesome and incredible template is getting obsolete due to a not proper update policy.
We hope you take action on this points.

Hi there. Love the theme. Purchased it more than once for different websites, but one thing I was wondering is, is it possible to get vertical divider lines between columns? Separating rows is very easy simply using the horizontal divider. Hoping there is an easy solution to get vertical dividers between columns. Even if editing the CSS is required it’s not a huge problem.

Hello, thanks for the quick reply. You guys are very responsive which is awesome! I was playing around with those exact settings previously, but I am trying to get the divider line, or border line to sit exactly between the columns, without altering the size of the columns themselves.
Basically trying to imitate the same effect as applying the column-rule property in css.
Doing this method (like the screenshot) makes the border sit right on the edge of the column. Is it possible to have it centred between the two columns like column-rule? Thanks! 
Hi hesh0925! I’m sorry but this is not possible, at least you can try to set the gap between the columns to zero (inside the Row settings > Columns tab) and give each column a bit of internal padding. I hope this makes sense!
Ah okay, that’s unfortunate but understandable. No worries! If I may ask another quick question, is it possible to apply a global margin or padding setting to the site when displayed in full width? I believe the default values for padding are set to 36px all around. Is it possible to keep the top and bottom the same but change it so that the left and right have more, like say 60px or something. but while making sure the background colour or image of the row still reaches the full window width?
I know I can edit each individual row to set the custom padding there, but wondering if there’s a way to apply it globally so I don’t have to edit each one. Thanks!

Hi there, yes I tried that but it unfortunately cut the full width backgrounds off. It’s not a big deal though, I can always just set the individual padding on each row for the pages. Labour intensive but it gets the job done! Thanks again!

No sorry, this is not an option on ThemeForest. All themes are sold at the same price and there is not a bundle option. The fact is that prices are quite low and licenses are lifetime. It’s true that in other marketplaces you have bundle options or you can use a theme for multiple websites but then you have to renew the purchase each year at least one of these websites is online… so in a few years, you end to spend more money. It’s just a different business model. We confirm this in detail because we already asked multiple times (consider that we have Uncode users who have bought even more than 60 licenses during years).

My Uncode Child admin panel has a strange appearence : each item of the left lateral sidebar (on Font Stack and Theme Options menus) is displayed on a darker grey than the background, as if they where already selected… I work with many Uncode and I observe it only on one of them.
