Hi,

I have purchased your theme a long time ago and just tried in one domain for testing and didn’t use it. That domain is no more active and hosting is expired. Now I want to activate this domain for my new site. How can I activate the theme to my new site? It says that my theme is already active with another site, which is no more there.

I have raised a ticket yesterday but no response so far.

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress :)

The Elementor page builder comes with the Theme package is the free one and obviously, for adding Theme elements to the page builder we have to Customize the plugin little bit, so yes all the elements used to create the Elementor Demos are fully editable using Elementor Page Builder, and regarding that above element, we have added some of the Elements in the Elementor page builder but not all, as we have recently added the Elementor plugin compatibility with our Theme so we will add all of them time to time with Theme updates, you can check the Theme changelog here:

because every time I am changing them from the skin section, then clearing the cache and checking I am seeing nothing is changing.

I’m trying to upload the latest update of the Porto theme manually as my license has been expired thus I’m trying to upload the copy of the theme manually but it’s showing me the error saying “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet” How can I fix this issue?

You are uploading the wrong zip file of the Theme.

Extract the downloadable package on your computer and under Themes folder you will find porto.zip file, this is the actual Theme file and you have to upload it.

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme:

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 06/07/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I have whitelisted your IP, Please try again now, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and this happens when you tried to use the same code again and again, for different IP’s or sites, because the single license can only be used on the single Site/IP, so whenever that issue occurs, move to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code, it resolves the issue and if that solution will not work for you then always contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve the issue for you, now this issue will not occur with your license you have purchased now, enjoy using Porto.
