I do not know the account name that purchased the license. Our website was originally built using an email that no longer exists and we don’t have connection to the person who built it in the first place. I have the license key since I have access to our website’s admin site but I cannot submit a ticket through your system without knowing the account name that was used to purchase that license.

We are sorry but on ThemeForest there are certain rules to limit themes piracy, I’m not telling you are not a loyal customer but support cannot be offered if it’s not possible to verify the license, otherwise all users with pirate version can ask support to ThemeForest authors (only the Purchase Code is not sufficient since there are illegal copies distributed with Purchase Code included). Anyway, if you have removed the pages you don’t need from your admin, give Google a few days. it’s not immediate once you delete a page that it’s also deleted from the Google index.

It was defintely working before! I’ve got a backup of the site running on staging with the previous version of the theme and it is working flawlessly. I restored it as soon as issue arose to debug it myself and was introduced in latest update.

By Cloudflare, did you mean the plugin in WordPress?

Hi victor910913! Lot of users use Cloudflare that is a protection and optimisation system (and also this create a cache).
If you are not able to flush the cache you can also try to install a plugin named ‘jQuery Migrate Helper’ but this is just a workaround time your cache is flushed (this plugin restores the script removed by WordPress that create the issue).

Hi AndrzejGdula_Ag! This is just something we chose because many users have different format images in the gallery. I can’t tell if we’ll insert this as an option (even if it sounds cool), but at the moment it’s not possible via admin options.
Anyway if you can code your function that returns the output of the secondary image, it can be overwritten in the Child Theme and its output can be filtered. The function is uncode_adaptive_secondary_featured_image in core/inc/helpers.php.
Alternatively try to contact us next week, maybe we will have evaluated this option (I have to take stock with the developers).

Hi, I just deregistered the theme but when I try to enter the Item Purchase Code again I get the following error message:

In addition, also make sure you don’t have customizations that overwrite the WooCommerce templates in your child theme because they might create conflicts with the new layouts. (We got a Beta Tester with a similar problem, he overridden the files but he didn’t delete the old files, now there are some files that are no more used like the My Account navigation. When you do a normal update all the folder is updated.)

Anyway, as suggested above you can try to delete this page (completely not only insert in the trash), and import only this page with the selective import. Before try this be sure to have fixed the Memory Limit, update all plugins (if you have some plugins to be updated) and disable for the import moment some heavy plugins like SR and LR. What I’m sure from here is that your server has some problem (https://undsgn.d.pr/AjGYAl) and the Import Demo works all on the sever.
