If you check our Theme Changelog Carefully you will notice we always try to increase the Speed of the Site and it is listed in the Theme Changelog and Porto WordPress Theme is one of the Fastest Theme on ThemeForest.
We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization. WordPress Optimization

Just to check your point that WordPress, in general, is slow I tested twenty twenty theme page with more content than the above proto about us page. And guess what, it got an almost perfect score!

And as you said you get the highest speed with WP default Theme, You are right, WP default Theme does not have all the features/options/style/content that Porto WordPress has, WordPress default Theme does not provide all the functionality that Porto WordPress has, so do not compare our Theme with WP default Theme but check other Theme on market you will find the same result, Hope this makes sense.

You can always get the latest plugin from that support article no need for the support for it and no you have to check with other Theme Authors.
Support extension is required for the Theme Support like here you asked multiple questions, again and again, If that was just for the plugin update I just replied to you in my very first reply and you can check the changelog of the Theme as well. This is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.
If you want anything beyond it then it requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services, you can contact our Customization team for paid Customization services or hire any developer.
And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with the huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using the WooCommerce setting.

This is not possible, by defaut Theme provides the functionality to change the column of the product category pages, and on Desktop version you can only change upto 2 columns and on mobile you can change it till 1 column as well from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives and this is the default functionality of the Theme you can not set the single column on Desktop version, This requires Customization.

The problem as i have mentioned regarding Single Product page not loading is still there and website cannot function without it as mentioned earlier in my support ticket which strangely is not there, I have created another one now.
I am satisfied with your explaination regarding measures you take to optimize the website. I will change my Star feedback now as well.
And you will notice site speed pretty slow on the website. Its my almost 5th or 6th new website installation and new theme installation, always run in to some issue and end up re-installing the theme and website

Cloning means migration of the site from one domain to another, and migration is not included in the Theme support policy, you can try with any method or plugin which better meets your requirements OR you can try with duplicator WordPress plugin as well, this is not official but this is from my personal experience:
