In addition to this, one of your videos on the woocommerce setup, under my dashboard > Accommodation settings >> I can’t see woocommerce there. It’s telling me to purchase the woocommerce plugin. I thought this was inclusive of all that I paid for?

That’s right, you need to use Accommodation Type to set your seasons, rates etc.. then the availability is based off that. That should not limit you. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Yes, you can set an accommodation to anything, bed, room, house etc.
Everything is bundled with the theme, so you do not have to purchase anything else.
You can set this up for multiple accommodations as well.

Want to use this for booking system for hotels with multiple locations, I see that you have a built in demo for hotel, but I don’t see a listing filter for location and type of property in the theme demos. Is it possible to build a hotel booking system with two addon filters for search: 1. Location 2. Type of Property – Hotel, resort, apartment
Secondly If I have to list multiple hotels, is it possible to list out all rooms and provide booking option depending on room type for a single hotel on the hotel page ? So the user flow would be – Search Property based on location, number of guests, date and type of property. Results would be Properties. Click on Property > Room Type > Booking calendar > Send booking request.

Thank you. Yes, you can group accommodations for multiple locations or other groups using “Attributes”. Search also works for multiple locations.
You can use Attributes on search as well.

Hi,
Recently one of my client – websites broke. The video background of the section does not work any more on the frontend. The site uses your theme and there hasn’t been any changes lately. So, I can almost certainly say that this happened out of the blue. And an image carousel below the hero section where the video is, has also broken.
Checked everything, disabled all plugins except for Elementor. Nothing works.
I replaced the video with an image as the section’s background and that works fine but as soon as I try to use the video again, that section again becomes on the frontend.
The image carousel section too, does not come what may.
Surprisingly, everything looks fine when I open the page in Elementor.

You can also adjust the size of your logo before you upload by moving the Logo Height value up or down.
Once that is done, you must save your changes and then re-upload your logo for the new size to take shape.
I already did it but it still comes out the same small size. I would like to know how to disable it to place a header with Elementor.
You can use the Elementor Header / Footer plugin. We support that.
But to answer your question, make sure to remove the logo, save changes. Remove the logo from the media library, save and re-upload your logo.

Hello, I installed the latest themed forest version (version 3.2.10) after uninstalling the old version which worked with wp bakery. I also use the pro version of elementor, as well as all the recommended plugins except Formidable form. I haven’t installed any sample content on the other hand. A big surprise, some elements are missing in the elementor in the “themeovation elements” part (for example room grid, room info bar, wp booking calendar, ...) .
