Hi, I bought the license of Porto theme and cant activate the theme with Purchase Code. It tells me that my ip address is blocked as spam!!!
Well, not a good start with the theme. I have installed and activated a lot of other themes, but never falled in with this.

Now i just have a question about demo content. Can i use Shop Demo 22 (Multi-Vendor Marketplace) as a normal shop (no vendors)? Of cource with a little tweaking specially on menus. Is this demo including any special vendor plugins?

That Demo 22 (Multi-Vendor Marketplace) is the MultiVendor Demo and you have to Install the MultiVendor plugin for Importing that Demo on your site, for that “Dokan MultiVendor” is included in the Theme package and you can Install it from Appearance >> Install Plugins and after Installing the plugin you will be able to Import that Demo, and after Importing you can again deactivate the Dokan plugin and Customize anything as per your requirements.

This is not the issue but this is how it works, Sticy Add to Cart does not show the variations of the variable products, for adding the variable product into cart you must have to select the variations from the single product page, this is the default functionality of the Theme.

I have a problem with product archieves. When i select a product category its not showing all the products of the category. Please follow all the debugging processes one by one listed below, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue:
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
V|. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.Otherwise, remain all the third-party plugins deactivated and share your site WP-Admin Login details with us via our support system so that we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.

Yes, you can, You can simply copy and page from any Demo on your main site by following the steps listed below:
Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on the Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy any Page from a Test site to the Live site and It will work for you.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with default WooCommerce options, You can achieve what you want using Variable Products but it is not possible to show the different prices on different pages, Variable Product shows the minimum variation price and maximum variation price on Shop/Category and other pages and on Single Product page it shows the price of the minimum and maximum as well and also the particular variation price when you select that variation, This is how it works and this is the default functionality of the WooCommerce our Theme does not have any influence on it, Like this video:

So for showing different prices on different pages, you have to use any third-party plugin for it, which better meets your requirements.

I bought the license Porto theme. and i am using design shop demo 26. I am having one problem that I just can’t seem to solve: the dropdown menu is not working. When I hover over the menu it doesn’t show the subcategories. But In tablet/mobile mode it does work and they do show but does not display in desktop mode. Secondly, the slider I build on shop demo 26 is also not mobile responsive.

Dear Friend, Few years ago I purchased from “theme forest” your template for Magento, it was very good theme but unfortunately my customer canceled the project. A year ago I purchased your theme for Shopify and it was good but didn’t support RTL.
I have new project of Ecommerce in WordPress (Woo commerce) and I must have RTL layout, based on your documentation and website I can see that you have only 1 RTL layout and it is not so attractive as other layouts. This seems to be the third party plugin confliction or the cache issue, I can see you have CDN enabled from your server on your site as well.
Please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, If this will solve your issue then you have to activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an isue on your site.
OR
You have to remove your site cache pugins and delete the cache folders from wp-content and wp-content/uploads and also purge all your server cache and deactivate it, till you are in the development process and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.
