Hello, Is it possible to use this theme as a phone number lookup site, where i would have like 1 million numbers, with them as categories, and then sub categories based on area codes, and user can then write a review for a number that has called them. I would need to import all the numbers to begin with. Let me know if its achievable..? thanks

Hello. I need an intranet that allows users to only view files, does not allow them to download files. I also need the intranet to allow a user to upload documents through a simple interface, not through code. Can that be in your theme?

I’ve recently started getting a virus warning regarding this theme. The warning is a string of letters/numbers and is located in the following file:
/themes/knowhow/framework/meta-box-library/inc/about/about.php
I have not changed anything with the site and it is login protected, I do however apply updates etc, so the only thing that has probably changed is an update of some sort. I actually think it may have started after updating WordPress itself along with some other plugins.
Can anyone advise?

Yes, it’s possible to move from SupportDesk to KnowHow (or any of our knowledge base themes). You just need to change the post type of the knowledge base articles using a plugin such as: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/

Can anyone point me in the right direction, right file where I can make the linked suggestions that pop up when typing a search term, open in a new browser tab? I was able to get the search button itself to open in a new tab, but I am having trouble finding how to make the suggestions do the same. Thanks.

Another suggestion: In theme option currently we have option for exclude certain categories. Sometimes the list of exclusion is very high in this case it might be good option to include categories instead of exclude.

It will be good to have an option to sort post in alphabetical order in the theme options.

When checked with comments section, you are using wp search function, so is it possible to replace that with another search function from the following:
