Does updating theme manually cause any issues with RTL language set in the theme? Also any CSS codes entered into the theme customization area?

Please note that any manually updating of the theme does not affect your RTL language set in the theme. All of these settings should remain the same and after the theme update.

I tried to update the theme automatically, but it kept failing. So I downloaded and uploaded the theme manually and got the following errors:

Can you tell me how to update your theme without reset my Theme Panel settings.
Because every updating your theme to the newest version, all settings on the Theme Panel always be resetted automatically. That’s mean, it will remove my CSS, reset my header, sidebar etc.
Also, your theme always force me to use your tagDIv Composer. But for some reasons,I prefer to use WP Visual Bakery. May I know how to stop it please?

Thanks for using our theme and also, I feel sorry if you are facing some problems with our theme. Before each theme update, we strongly recommend you to make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. However, you can update the theme via FTP way which is the surest method in that case, according to our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Another alternative in that case would be to create a new subdomain for testing using the WP Staging plugin where you can make some tests and update the theme to avoid breaking your live website and check how it goes. The update has turned off all TagDiv plugins and won’t let me turn them back on!
And, like bluweb, it’s lost the theme settings. Dammit!

The theme plugins are supposed to be updated and then they can be activated. Please try to update them from the theme plugins panel https://prnt.sc/v0bnoe There should be update buttons for them there, after you update the theme. If the theme panel was reset, try using the backups the theme makes for it https://prnt.sc/v0bo77 Or restore a website backup and use the other theme update methods. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This would be helpful if it maintained a list of 10 DAILY backups rather than keeping a backup of each small/individual setting change which quickly uses up the available 10 backup spaces…

this theme is great…today I updated the theme, and this new mobile pages is great…but I cannot get it to work…
I have a page…and then in builder I create mobile page with it….save it…
but my mobile phone still loads the desktop page…not this mobile…
what am I doing wrong??

Did you maybe use the option to copy the content from the desktop page when creating the mobile page? That would mean the same page is loaded. If that is not the case, we could take a look at it. Why does your theme create so many different sizes off of one image?

The theme will indeed create thumbnails https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ They are used to display the posts in blocks, grids etc, instead of loading the full image. The sizes that the theme creates can be disabled if needed, in the theme panel, so for example you can disable the ones that you do not use.

If there already are thumbs created by the theme, and you disabled the respective sizes, then you could try a plugin that removes unused thumbnails, there should be some you can try. After update have blue hover colour header instead of recent yellow. All accent colours are yellow, but now Accent hover color in headers is blur and i dont understand why? How to fix this and make global header yellow as it was before update?

The demos can be customized as you want. All colors can be changed, from the initial demo colors used. For PRO demos the style is mostly defined in the composer. So you would like to enter composer shortcodes manually inside the post content? The composer can be used for pages and templates, but not for the post content. There could be various issues if you enter shortcodes from the composer in the content of a post. What would you like to do exactly? Hello guys Your newsletter plugin has just one field “email” but for the newsletter campaign is better to have also name field. How to add it?

The theme newsletter element will indeed display just the email field, that is how it works at the moment. Entering your form code in a column text element for example, should display all the fields. Maybe the newsletter will be improved in coming updates, can’t say for sure, sorry for the inconvenience.
