In my website: When I try to update the template appears: Please register your copy of Uncode Theme to update the theme. When I paste the purchase code it says that it’s already in use. (I used the template on elgatonline.com but this website doesn’t exist anymore) I will like to know if it’s possible to reset the purchase code to use on another project. Nowadays I’m having issues with the installation in elgatonline.bonabarcelona.com.

Please don’t check with inspector since the alt text i removed with JavaScript to avoid the annoying tooltip (this doesn’t have SEO downside), but it’s present in the real HTML (what is indexed by search engines): https://undsgn.d.pr/JopmsA

The black page we linked is NOT a portfolio, this is a simple page with a Media Gallery module (technically the same you refer).
I found out what my problem was and I will let you know,
When I choose “poster” as my media type in module the alt is not displayed. Changing it to original is what fixed my issue.
I am not sure if that is supposed to be the expected behavior but I wanted to point it out.

This can be a great addition for the single pages now that we have more Dynamic elements but at the momenti is not supposed you can have in the single page.
So if I understand correctly. In the case of dynamic elements, there is no possibility of these being displayed on the individual product pages as before. I have a custom field for example: special features. I wanted to fill this with a description on the respective product. If I don’t display it dynamically, i.e. the shop, then it works. But there is no way to display the custom field element?

Hello I need help with a few things again. I would like to set up the shop with dynamic content. Everything works except for 2 things. 1. Can I adjust the related post myself with Dynamic Content? This means that when I have a product, I can choose the right products myself. 2. I always see the same thing in the Dynamic Custom Fields for the products. No matter what I write in the Product Custom Fields. Is there another way to add your own fields in Dynamic Content?

No this is not an option of WooCommerce, there is not a WooCommerce option to custom define the order of the Related Product, the Product Builder give possibility to define a custom layouts but no extra WooCommerce options. I’m not sure to understand what you refer about Custom Fields, but the functionality is the same discussed above.
Hello, the Uncode gallery isn’t working even after updating the theme. When I go to add more photos to an existing gallery nothing happens. When I click the “Select Media” button I get scrolled to the top of the page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

On single product page, the share module is active, but only shows facebook. In theme options, I’ve added Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn under Socials.
Why is that?

Hi! Do you have only the Facebook share on product page? Sorry but we never saw this. What you have in Theme Options are the options for your socials (links to your socials, not the social share). Can you please share the link to one of these pages to understand?

Does someone knows why I can’t use the VC editor? All the plugins are installed and up to date. But once I want to edit some of the demo pages all I can see is the VC options as a code I can’t edit them as blocks or drag and drop, I don’t have those options. And when I want to create a new page I can’t use VC either.

With the WPBakeryBuilder vulnerability recently and because it is bundled with the theme people did not get the license can’t update.
What’s the dev team’s actions on this issue?
