Hi Team,
In WordPress dashboard on the left-hand side “REHUB” > “Theme options” > none of the tab options open up except the first tab of general options. If we try to click on any tab under theme options it does not open the page. Although the end part of the URL keeps changing.
For example:
if we click on General options Tab- https://www.indiaoff.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vpt_option#menu_1
if we click on Appearance/Colors Tab – https://www.indiaoff.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vpt_option#menu_6
if we click on Logo & Favicon tab – https://www.indiaoff.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vpt_option#menu_12

yes, but we use extended width. That’s why it’s ok for 4 columns. You are using regular. So, you must use extended width or another product layout, for example, Regular grid

I have followed all the steps in the rehub YouTube video for custom footer.
Went to customise and turned off footer in woocommerce customise settings.
I have added the short code to the html widget in the customer footer section.
It has appeared on all pages except woocommerce product pages.
I have done this successfully on another website so I am unsure why it is not working on this one…
All plugins are upto date and cache has been cleared.

It’s really confusing me as I have done this on my other site and I’ve compared settings.
Disable cache plugin temporarily
I have been through and disabled, still no difference. I went further and done others. Still the same 
use RH_ELEMENTOR shortcodes instead elementor-template, disable plugin which hides wordpress, disable addons for woocommerce and elementor, disable customizations if you have them

Once deactivated it shows..

It means that you created custom footer template in Elementor pro and set to show footer on all pages except products. You must create regular template as mentioned in our video and remove custom made footer templates

Also, widget doesn’t support shortcodes. It supports direct html code or ads code
Can you make it support shortcodes? Many ADS plugins use shortcodes, and there are many cool things we can do if this area would support shortcodes
