Please give me back my money because this theme is the hardest theme I have ever bought on this market! Even the demo itself is not pre-installed, I had to search the comments to fine how to activate the demo. The sliders are the worst to edit, from the image to the text color, this is not for a regular wordpress user for sure! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY since you can’t give me back my time!

I was able to do it because I had to search on the comments here, not because it was supposed to be already on the theme once installed like all the themes I have bought.
I want a refund because this theme is the hardest I’ve worked with in the past 15 years!
It’s all nice only for SHOW on the demo but once you start editing it to your liking, it’s harder than a rock!

EVERYTHING when it comes to customization is difficult! There’s no drag and drop function when changing images on the slider, there’s no way to change font size, font style, and font color on the slider.
EVEN REFUNDS you are making it hard! I’m not using this theme!
THIS IS JUST TOO HARD YOU MADE IT TOO HARD. This is my last reply I will report to themeforest if you will not process my order.

Just login to Dashboard and navigate to Portfolio > Categories. Get into the Category Page, click ‘edit’ link of the category, item and you can see the id value in the URL section. Just get the tag_ID value from the URL.

It says “We have mentioned “themes” it refers to the theme name (spalab, lms, kalvi, onlife, dreamspa etc) and also We have mentioned “theme.zip” it refers to the theme name (lms.zip, kalvi.zip, spalab.zip, onlife.zip, dreamspa.zip etc)”
In respect to above are you referring to redart.zip and redart-child.zip? Do I need to upload both the zip files one by one i.e. redart.zip first, and then upload redart-child.zip? Please clarify.
