Hi, I have a Pre-purchase question. I have had a lot of problems migrating from magento 1 to magento 2. The current theme I’m using is not working, so thats why Im looking to buy this one. If I buy it and for some reason it doesnt work, would I be able to get my money back? Thanks

There is no such bug in our latest Theme, Please make sure that you have also updated the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and also check once with deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired 27/05/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I am sorry to say that but this is the only possible option ” to skin each post”, there is no other way except Custom CSS…
And yes for WP Bakery elements you have to change by using element options or with custom CSS.

Thanks for the reply, but it is still not clear to me how I can connect 4 of the same color images to a color variation.

Basically when you select a color, we move through the list to reach that color, and the next fotos in the list, I uploaded as being from the same color.
Is that possible, native by your theme, and how should we set that up.
I think in the pre-purchase questions it was confirmed possible.

Hi, I bought your theme because it was told to me before that it would work, just the way it works on my old site brasilazy.com.br but with your theme without the plugin. I also don’t understand the dificulty. All the fotos are in a list, I see now that if I select green the green product is put in front of the list, and the list scrols to position 1 (or 2) Instead of that just scroll to the position of th green product in the list (and I have put the other green products as the following pictures.) Solved.
Cannot believe that anyone would want to do it in a different way.

We have told you that you can add a single image for the single variation and we have shared the URL of our agent test site as well with you for checking, but we have not told you that you can add/use/insert multiple images for single variation as this is not possible with simple Theme and WooCommerce options, so you have to use any third-party plugin for it, otherwise this requires Customization.

The Images settings of the products are coming from WooCommerce, This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.
To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

If you edit your Home Page you will find Porto Product element set for that section, and if you edit the element you will find only 2 possible options, List and Grid but no slider, so you can only use the single product there with that element,
If you want multiple products, then you can use the Porto Products element and set multiple products in the element and set it as per your requirements.
