In my main header navigation, one link has a submenu. That appears fine when you hover over it. Then I have another submenu in one of those links but that doesn’t appear. Is there a submenu setting that needs to be configured?

I don’t know if it is the theme or some plugin, or if it is woocommerce, but a few days ago I updated the theme and since the last update, I have had problems with the reviews of the products. The reviews are there, I can see them, but for some reason the number of reviews are not shown on the products or are shown inaccurately. Found a Bug:
Editing styling via theme options, then going to custom CSS and making a small amend there reset my font size & type.
Also there is uneditable functionality that can’t be edited via theme options e.g. the hoverover underline colour

By default Porto WordPress provides two functionalities while Importing the Demo content, While Importing any new Demo on your site having content in it, then you have an option: ”Override existing contents”, If you checked it (YES) then it will override all the previous content you have on your site like Posts, Products, Pages, etc.. and vice versa: https://postimg.cc/p9yqzmMP , so you have to uncheck it and it will not override your existing content.

But will it still import your posts/pages/products? Because I want “full” import, not just that it shall not delete any existing pages. My pages are not named “shop”, “contact” etc. I have currently more unique names. Thanks!

Hi! So I’m thinking about purchasing Porto and just want to confirm. The Elementor pages are built and set in Elementor? There are not a lot of options set in lots of other pages (wordpress page/product page/wordpress cusomizer or else) but you use Elementor functionality, global settings/options etc, and all that can be set there is set there? That was quick So header/footer isn’t as easy to change and nudge the layout? Are the items used in your header footer (for example your row with icons for wishlist/account/cart etc) available as widgets, so that one easily can make own header/footer in Elementor, quite like yours, but still with the freedom of Elementor?
What do you mean “blocks”, what blocks are not built with Elementor?
So you don’t use Elementors inbuilt global settings functionality in the demos?
I really like if everything is set inside Elementor, and you don’t have to go out and search elsewhere for settings, and have header, page, footer editing, all in one place. Thanks!

As I explained all the content on pages you can simply and easily edit using Elementor Page builder and some parts like Header and Footer are not editable directly with Page Builder, those have options under Theme Options.

Sorry to say that but there is no such option, you can increase the size of the image by clicking on ”+” only but you can achieve it with a simple trick you can make it disappear using Custom CSS, and then it will work for you like you can check my test site page here:

There is no such bug in our latest Theme, Please make sure that you have also updated the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and also check once with deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Thanks for the reply, but it is still not clear to me how I can connect 4 of the same color images to a color variation.

Basically when you select a color, we move through the list to reach that color, and the next fotos in the list, I uploaded as being from the same color.
Is that possible, native by your theme, and how should we set that up.

Hi, I bought your theme because it was told to me before that it would work, just the way it works on my old site brasilazy.com.br but with your theme without the plugin. I also don’t understand the dificulty. All the fotos are in a list, I see now that if I select green the green product is put in front of the list, and the list scrols to position 1 (or 2) Instead of that just scroll to the position of th green product in the list (and I have put the other green products as the following pictures.) Solved.
Cannot believe that anyone would want to do it in a different way.

We have told you that you can add a single image for the single variation and we have shared the URL of our agent test site as well with you for checking, but we have not told you that you can add/use/insert multiple images for single variation as this is not possible with simple Theme and WooCommerce options, so you have to use any third-party plugin for it, otherwise this requires Customization.
