Hi,
I need to add some (important shipping) text in a block to the section in Cart Totals on the VIEW CART page.
How can I do this?
See picture to make it clear. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g3uwPkKldeEsN493HdQxYAKinjHyP1nX/view?usp=sharingThanks
Hello, @Rembrandt_Lights,
You have to Customize the File: cart-totals-v1.php under wp-content/themes/porto/cart and Customize it as per your requirements.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 16/03/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
Thanks for your understand.
Hello, I bought this theme: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop14/
I’m wondering if I can remove the option to add to cart because I don’t want to sell some products through delivery, but only in the store? Example: I want to sell parts for trailers and have the option to add them to the cart, but trailers that weigh thousands of kilograms cannot be sent to home addresses. Thank you very much!
Hello, @usumovic,
No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, there is no such option provided by the WooCommerce, you can read all about the WooCommerce products in the below-given doc:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/
So you have to try any third-party plugin for this which better meets your requirements at your own risk.
OK, thanks anyway
Most Welcome!!!
Hello i am facing issue, the second slider is keep showing a spinning icon all the time..i have purge all cache etc nothing happens https://ibb.co/2F5Yb5V how can i fix it?? thanks
Hello, @simoszkyriakides,
I can see your complete site CSS is coming from the cache FVM, Please deactivate all the cache plugins including FVM plugin as well and also the server cache and well and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and if not then please take the complete backup of your site and share your site WP Admin Login details with us via our support system so that we will check it for you.
I need to re-register a license from a domain that I don’t have access to no more, but I have the license. The old domain was a developer site vjencanjeprstenje.com that never got online, but now I need the licence for other domain now. Can you do this please?

Variable based products are showing the drop down selection overlap on top of images. Check it out: https://xplicitaudio.com/product-category/car-audio-video/subs/
Hello, @xplicitcoding,
Can you please explain your issue more clearly? If possible with the help of screenshots, for now, your site looks fine: https://postimg.cc/gw70dvCn
Sorry changed the way those products are displaying. Check the home page, scroll to the bottom. you might have to refresh once or twice (shows random products). The variable product, variation select is overlapping the product.
https://xplicitaudio.com/Hello, @xplicitcoding,
Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.
ul.products li.product-outimage_aq_onimage .variations_form.cart.in_loop.initialized.vf_init {
margin-top: 105px !important;
}
Hello please remove my old domain from purchase code. I want change my domain, thank you

If I choose the Home Classic layout….Can I still have a SHOP page? I do no want the shop page the main landing/home page though and does this layout come with sample shop pages?
Hello, @jerryandtabatha,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
You can simply copy and page from any Demo on your main site by following the steps listed below:
Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home Page from a Test site to a Live site and set it as Home Page by selecting it from WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading, or like the same way you can copy any page from the test site to the live site and It will work for you.
So you have to Import the Shop Demo on your main site and Classis Demo on your test site and copy any page from Classic Demo to your main site.
OR
You can use Porto Studio Functionality:
https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/porto-studio/
and Import any Demo page on your site.

Hi!
I bought this theme a while ago, and i have been trying to translate the cart page and the search field – but it’s not in the Loco Translate theme file?! Where can you change this?
Hello, @pastebin,
This is because you have not translated the Theme Language files… Let me try to explain it to you.
First of all, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the Loco Translate plugin on your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
And then go to Loco >> Themes >> Porto you will find the 4 default language files there which comes with the Theme package and those are: https://postimg.cc/XGvjMDqZ
English (Britain) en_GB
French (France) er_FR
Italian (Italy) it_IT
Turkish (Turkey) tr_TR
Now go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the WP FileManager plugin on your site: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/
And then go to File Manager Plugin Setting >> wp-content/languages/ and create the (Loco) Folder >> then go to the loco folder and create another folder as (themes) and then go to the themes folder and download the Spanish language theme files attached below and upload to that themes folder.
https://postimg.cc/SXCTSyX3
Now, again go back to WP-Dashboard >> Loco >> Themes >> Porto and you will find another Theme language file as Swedish (Sweden) as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/YjZW3QDN you have to edit it and then click on “Sync” https://postimg.cc/bZ3Y6hNX and after completing the Synchronization you have to click on “Save” button as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/3kJY0cjt
Now finally check your site after removing the browser cache and you can change any word translation in that file as per your requirements.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 07/12/2018. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
Thanks for your understand.
greetings. I would like to know how to change the text ‘HOT’ to ‘OFFER’ in the featured products of the Porto theme.
In my main header navigation, one link has a submenu. That appears fine when you hover over it. Then I have another submenu in one of those links but that doesn’t appear. Is there a submenu setting that needs to be configured?
I don’t know if it is the theme or some plugin, or if it is woocommerce, but a few days ago I updated the theme and since the last update, I have had problems with the reviews of the products. The reviews are there, I can see them, but for some reason the number of reviews are not shown on the products or are shown inaccurately. Do you know how to solve this please? it is a major problem, your help would be appreciated.
Hello, @joe218,
Can you please check it once, how it is behaving with WordPress default Theme Twenty Twenty? it seems to be the WooCommerce issue, our theme does not have any influence on WooCommerce reviews…
And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired on 25/03/2016. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Found a Bug:
Editing styling via theme options, then going to custom CSS and making a small amend there reset my font size & type.
Also there is uneditable functionality that can’t be edited via theme options e.g. the hoverover underline colour
hi Does it support TRL?
Hello, @mohammedsanadk,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
Yes, Porto WordPress if fully supported RTL Theme, you just have to set/change your WordPress language as RTL language and your site will automatically change to RTL.
Regards, P-THEMES.
why can’t I log in to support with my data. I haven’t received the reset link in 4 days. I can’t create a support ticket. And only after importing the demo, the page looks completely different from your demo. I ask for a quick reply.
Thank you for your reply. I tried it and the reset doesn’t work. I tried in Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE. I still can’t log in. So I still can’t get support.
Your provided login info is incorrect.
Hi! If I install a full demo from Porto with settings/all pages etc, will I still keep the pages that I have done now before. So I can do an easy rollback, if I would want to to go back? Thanks!
Hello, @ecee,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
By default Porto WordPress provides two functionalities while Importing the Demo content, While Importing any new Demo on your site having content in it, then you have an option: ”Override existing contents”, If you checked it (YES) then it will override all the previous content you have on your site like Posts, Products, Pages, etc.. and vice versa: https://postimg.cc/p9yqzmMP , so you have to uncheck it and it will not override your existing content.
Regards, P-THEMES.
But will it still import your posts/pages/products? Because I want “full” import, not just that it shall not delete any existing pages. My pages are not named “shop”, “contact” etc. I have currently more unique names. Thanks!
Hello, @ecee,
It will Import all the pages/posts and products as well.
Regards, P-THEMES.
Ok, so I can check YES “Override existing content”, and I will still have my own posts/products/pages? Thanks!
Hello, @ecee,
No, you got it wrong, you have to un-check the option “Override existing content” and it will not override your previous posts/products/pages.
Regards, P-THEMES.
Hi Porto Team when are you going to have video tutorials for Elementor page Builder?
Hi there, and thanks for your kind response. I would appreciate if you could make a video about the following: 1- merging sections of different demos to the selected demo. 2- creating and dealing with different types of category banners. 3- customizing categories differently.
Hi! So I’m thinking about purchasing Porto and just want to confirm. The Elementor pages are built and set in Elementor? There are not a lot of options set in lots of other pages (wordpress page/product page/wordpress cusomizer or else) but you use Elementor functionality, global settings/options etc, and all that can be set there is set there? Thanks!
Hello, @ecee,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
Porto WordPress Elementor version of the Demos almost built using Elementor Page Builder options, and some parts like Header Footer and Blocks etc has been set using Global Theme Options.
Regards, P-THEMES.
That was quick
So header/footer isn’t as easy to change and nudge the layout? Are the items used in your header footer (for example your row with icons for wishlist/account/cart etc) available as widgets, so that one easily can make own header/footer in Elementor, quite like yours, but still with the freedom of Elementor?
What do you mean “blocks”, what blocks are not built with Elementor?
So you don’t use Elementors inbuilt global settings functionality in the demos?
I really like if everything is set inside Elementor, and you don’t have to go out and search elsewhere for settings, and have header, page, footer editing, all in one place. Thanks!
Hello, @ecee,
Yes Header and Footers have been made using Theme elements and you can check the Videos here:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxpC6FotEXtn49agAdMEJhw?view_as=subscriber
No, you can not create the Header and Footer using Elementor Page Builder.
Elementor setting and options applied to the sections and elements used on the site made using Elementor Page Builder.
Regards, P-THEMES.
Oh, ok. I am really interested but I quite don’t see how well it will suit my needs. Not fully being able to use Elementor gets me thinking. By the way, I di not see Elementor as an option to enable in the video. So I will think about it. Thanks!
Hello, @ecee,
As I explained all the content on pages you can simply and easily edit using Elementor Page builder and some parts like Header and Footer are not editable directly with Page Builder, those have options under Theme Options.
Regards, P-THEMES.

Is it possible for the product photo to be enlarged when someone clicks on the photo and not have to press icon ”+”? Is there an demo with all the possible options for photos zooming?
Hello, @diegito1980,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
Sorry to say that but there is no such option, you can increase the size of the image by clicking on ”+” only but you can achieve it with a simple trick you can make it disappear using Custom CSS, and then it will work for you like you can check my test site page here:
http://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/shop1/product/porto-extended-camera/
Here is the Custom CSS:
.single-product .product-images .zoom {
width: 100% !important;
height: 100% !important;
opacity: 0 !important;
}
