Hello, I have problem with WP Bakery too. The backend doesn’t work at all on the latest update. I tried your advice you gave in others but nothing. The only thing I did was to update the theme and the plugin as usual and cleared the cache.
My support has expired.
Please help asap!
Hello Xmarleenn, go to “WPbakery page builder”
Then click on Role manager.
Change the “Post type” to “Custom” and enable all the custom posts type.
If you still have issue re-new your support and contact our team.

Then try to clear the cache, you are currently the only customer having issue, try to disable all your custom plugins and clear the cache.
Make sure you updated the theme and plugin.

Has the Twitter API changed again? I noticed a user mention this from 2 months ago, but the Twitter carousel isn’t displaying Tweets for our The Fox site.
It shows just a twitter icon and a link to twitter saying the tweet was ‘53 years ago’....

We aren’t seeing a fix for this issue yet, but then I just noticed our site is still on 3.9.9.8.17, so maybe this has been applied in 3.9.9.8.24?
The licence is active for our The Fox site, so shouldn’t this be automatically updating with every theme update?

Go to your wordpress dashboard then from the left menu click on “WPbakery page builder”
Then click on Role manager.

The backend (while editing pages) doesn’t work at all on the latest update. WP Bakery doesn’t display at all while editing pages/posts. I’ve disabled the theme and tried Twenty Twenty and WP Bakery works again. Something in The Fox has broken and preventing the use of the page builder.
I cannot no, as I don’t have support. On further testing, I’ve enabled a plugin called “jQuery Migrate Helper” which fixes the WP Bakery/TheFox issues on pages, but posts is blank, won’t load at all. Again, when I disable TheFox (and use Twenty Twenty) WPBakery works again.

This theme is a joke!! Elementor stopped working on it again, even after updating to latest version of the theme. I’ve wasted all day trying to get it working. Support is very, very slow and often takes days, if not weeks to sort simple problems. Can I have a refund?
Hello, I am sorry that you have issues with the theme but you are currently the only customer having those issues. Our support team is trying to solve the issues but we are not able to replicate the issue. You can have a refund if you want but you will have to disable the theme on both of the site that use it.

Unfortunately you can’t edit the content made with the WPbakery page builder with elementor, you would need to remake it from scratch using elementor.

After deleting the theme and re-installing it, I am still not able to use WP Bakery to edit my website. The WP Bakery option is not showing up at the top of the tool bar. Edit Page is the only option that shows up. My entire site is down until I am able to access WP Bakery. What are my options?

This is the message I received when I attempted to submit a ticket. I knew my support expired but figured you guys knew that as well and would ask me to submit a ticket if my support has expired.

Currently you seems to be the only one having issue with the installation, you can try to reinstall both theme and plugins and clear the cache but if that doesn’t fix the issue our team will need to access your dashboard and check what is wrong to solve the issue, thus require you to have active support.

I will continue to repeat the solutions you recommended but if all fails. I would rather purchase a new theme. Thank you.
Make sure that you updated WordPress, our theme, then the plugins from Appearance > Install plugins.
Then try to disable the custom plugins you are using and clear the cache.
Make sure that the WPbakery page builder settings are set correctly too.

Just wanted to let you know that there may be a hole in the site theme. After I did an update I started getting a ton of attempts to hack in to the site. I paid for a strong firewall through godaddy to get it all to stop. It was fine up until this evening I did the next update that you have and now today the attempts are starting to hit me again….Thought I would let you know to see if there is malware in the template being uploaded to our sites when we do updates.

You might want to check the plugins you are using.
Also we really don’t recommend godaddy as web hosting because of their service quality.
