I was wondering if I buy the theme with regular license .. could I use it to customize one website and one landing page ? or should i buy two times; one for landing page and second one for a website ?cheers

As per Envato rules, there should be a regular lisance for each domain. If you install the demo on two domains, you should buy two regular lisance.

No, you dont need to the pro version of Elementor to use the pre-made templates. Elementor free version has been integrated very well with this theme and you easly edit any of those premade pages.
