This is what i mean. If you’ll go to this link and click at the menu bar Tours > Tour View & Deposit mode, at below you’ll see the book now button. Please click that. I have renewed my support license, but unable to submit ticket, I get message “Your support service has expired.”. I am stuck in a loop that I can’t get out.

This issue happen cause you may not extend your support account in our system yet.
Please login support system then click on ‘Extend support’ and input the purchase code which you received from Envato. When you have done this, your account will be auto renew and you are available to submit a ticket.
One more notice please while you create a ticket, please select ‘Traveler booking WP Theme” in “Theme” section.

Hello , Calendar translation doesn’t work for me. I just install on localhost try it with fresh install but still it doesnt work.
themes/traveler/v2/js/daterangepicker/languages/
I tried to change language – Turkish or Russian but calendar is still English.
I already check website lang=”ru-Ru” I duplicated ru-RU.js file and it was same. Nothing change. and same for lang=”tr”...
BUT I found in pot file. There is an option to translate month manually directly from po mo file. I translated months but Days are still English. It is just basic fresh install. Because I couldn’t make it on my live website so I thought there is a bug or something but Fresh install should be okay. So How does it work ? What should I do ?

I am sorry but I dont want to renew my support for this thing. I checked all documentation. I couldn’t find anything. I think you should write documentation how to do and what to do. Otherwise We are asking same question all the time. I can see that – Documentation Well Documented – but I don’t think so. I can see only old version calendar translate. There is nothing for modern layout. I checked http://guide.travelerwp.com/docs/other-feature/advance-featured/language-for-calendar/#post-1454 – and that doesn’t work for any language.
PLEASE INSTALL ON YOUR COMPUTER FRESH AND SEE. IT DOESN’T WORK !!!

Why does bakery builder need a licence when it come bundled with your theme?

HI! I bought this theme because I needed Login Members and Partners but unfortunately even if I had a developer helping me, this theme has a lot of issues, bugs and problems. The support team reply if you have the subscription but they take long time and sometimes they do not understand the question or they say “hire a developer”. Inside the private area there are big issues that cannot be solved. Please, I suggest you to buy another theme or build your own website from a developer.

We have support 2 booking options are Modal booking and Woocommerce booking. If you are using Modal booking you will able to use some supported payment gateways, if you are using Woo booking you will able to use Woo checkout and payment methods.

i have bought the theme 1 year ago and everything was working well. but on the next update things began to have problems.
I have sent a ticket to your support team but after 20 days no reply’s from your team. this is really bad, when you pay extra for 1 year support rather than 6 months, you do expect your team to reply within a few days.
I can see that you are advertising replies within 48 hrs but this is sad that after 20 days your team is not supporting.
