Hello, in tagdiv mobile page i choose Flex module 2 for article displaying on homepage. Looks nice, but there is problem, you are able to click only from top to half page where is title. Below title you are not able to click. Can i make all article the box clickable on my homepage?

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website where we can check the issue you mention closely, in the mobile page that contains the respective block. On my test install it seems to work correctly. Admin login may be needed as well, so please provide it in the email. We will take a look, let us know.

Hello, I don’t see many choices for reviews here. I see the demo with the book and movie but I was wondering if it’s possible to do a review using a 1-10 scale, pros and cons, and rating certain aspects as well. Thank you.

There are 3 review types to choose from, stars, points and percentage. The review by points uses a scale from 1 to 10 https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/ You could use that one, and add as many features for the review as needed and rate them on the mentioned scale.

Thank you for your reply. My last question, is it possible to make a score that is not the average of each attribute/feature? Let’s say all the attributes/features are 5 but the score is an 8.

The review score will be automatically calculated based on the feature ratings. So if for example you are using a points review type, and all the features have a rating of 5, the score will be 5. The score cannot be set manually, it is done automatically.

There must be features in a review, and each must have a rating, if there are none, there will be no review displayed. However, if you do not want to display the features, and display only the score, that is possible. But features must exist, even if you are not displaying them.

This happened after theme and theme plugins update and is appearing with Tagdiv composer when trying to edit a page. i have not been able to update my content for over a month now due to this page builder bugs.

I believe you may be using a much older theme version, is that correct? There have indeed been many changes regarding Instagram and most other socials in the theme, the changelog is here https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Also, after the introduction of the composer, that is the main builder provided by the theme. WPBakery is still included in the theme package, and updated when the theme is updated. So you can still use WPBakery if you used it to build the website. If there are issues updating, we could try and help, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and mention them there.

Hi,I have some loading problems with the logo and with the images from posts on my site.I started having problems after I had deleted the cache by clicking on delete cache from wp supercache plugin.After this, my website went crazy.I have then turned off the caching and my website works well with this exception,the images from posts and the logo dont load.Also if I turn on the caching again from plugin, the website get crazy again like in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/v6dfz2 , and normally this is how it must look https://prnt.sc/v6dcqo .As for now I cant turn on the cache plugin because is damaging the website and until any resolvation I keep it off.I can provide you login details if you can help me to see whats wrong.Thank you.

I would suggest to check if these thumb sizes are enabled in the theme panel https://prnt.sc/v6txs5 Those are the sizes used by the mobile theme. Please check, and enable them if needed. It may require to regenerate the thumbnails after enabling the sizes, it can be done with the plugin mentioned here https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

1/2 With a theme option/setting that is not possible, maybe that is possible with a plugin, like a SEO plugin perhaps, but most likely it won’t be automatic if that is what you mean. Or maybe there are other methods. The theme doesn’t have options for setting the relations you mention for the links.

If you have uploaded a SVG format image in the media library you could set that as logo in the theme panel for the mobile theme, that should work. If you have a code for a SVG, at the moment it is not possible to set it for the mobile theme. That can be done for the desktop logo and the responsive mobile logo, but not for the mobile theme logo.
The mobile theme will use its own footer template, that footer template cannot be changed. Hi, I already have SVG logo image file, but can’t upload to gallery. In addition, I use the Asgaros Forum to create a small forum for members. If you activate the Mobile theme, the Forum page will be empty, only the header and footer. The Forum page uses the [forum] shortcode.

How do i block different links to the same page made by category prefix? Example: https://sicily-info.ru/geography/eriche-gorod-zateryavshijsya-sredi-oblakov/ and https://sicily-info.ru/main/eriche-gorod-zateryavshijsya-sredi-oblakov/ is the same page, but due to the different urls it jumps in and out of the search index.

From what I can see that post belongs to both those categories. What exactly do you mean by blocking the link to it? The theme does not have any options to block links for the posts that are published on the website. If you just moved it to the trash, from there you can restore it. But if you permanently deleted your homepage, then there would be no way to restore it, you will have to build the page again.
