Vibe Themes, can you answer and fix my issues normally way without waiting weeks? I can not waste all my life in fixing the bugs of the themes. Wplms becomes a headache, especially with your support
The WordPress translations are embedded in the page and they get cached by the browsers, it causes a major issue as translations do not apply. We are following the recommended methods suggested by WordPress but we understand the frustration it causes, releasing our custom plugin for missed out translations in few minutes. Along with VibeBP & WPMS theme update.

Yes, you can use 3.9 no issues we are also releasing updates for 3.9 theme & plugins and will do so for quite some time because same thing is implemented in v4 . Also please check this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoQAWQyXXwo , if you need help let us know.
Hi. I have 2 consutlas: 1- How can I customize the user login page? Not the wordpress one. 2- When I log in and enter my profile menu, when I hover over each element, it is shown with another indicator, as if it were only text. how do I change it?

I installed this theme. and two plugins “vibe-helpdesk ” and “vibebp” gave me an error. So, I contacted hosting service to disable the plugin. What are the two plugins for? and why it gave an error?

2. Profile page in accessible beucase WP admin – WPLMS – BuddyPREss – PRofile page is restricted for WordPress logged in users. If you want to restrict profiles use BuddyPress single page.

I did not understand this query. The certificates are visible in the achievements section in profile.
Do you have commission conversion in unit timing addon? E.g A student took 5 courses containing a total of 15 units from 5 instructors and each unit has different time duration. In some instances the student spent the whole expected time to read a unit and in some instances the student spent less than the expected time. In some instances student get to some units and just skip through to next unit. The student has paid $10 subscription for the month. So, how do we divide this commission to 5 instructors.
Note: Student does not pay subscription to instructor. Subscription is paid to site admin which means, with every subscription student can read all courses on site for the duration of their subscription.
Not yet we do not have commissions for memberships as of now.

We’ve seen multiple reports on this, but unfortunately this is something which is connected to the Themeforest marketplace, so we have no control over this.

I have to buy LEARNING PATH plugin. however during trail itself, it is giving random errors such as this one https://prnt.sc/v8qamt . the button highlighted takes to some random page and not to correct page with detailed learning path. I installed it as per the instruction on youtube yet no success. error is persistent. please help asap.

Did you update batches to 4.2 version ? Are you using version 3 ? Which version is buddypress ?
The Batches Version is 4.1 (It is not updating to 4.2 version) BudyPress version is 6.3.0 Version 3..? I don’t know if I using it.
