Hello. I bought a theme. Used it on one domain, then deleted it. And I want to use it on another domain. But on the new domain, the Purchase Code does not make the theme active. This is due to the fact that it was on a different domain. I am not planning on using two copies. I bought one copy and will use one copy. However, I want to change the domain of use. Is it possible?

No, Porto WordPress is for WordPress CMS, and Porto Magento if for the Magento platform so both are different you have to purchase a different license of Porto WordPress if you want to use it on your WordPress site.

We have only changed the design a bit, you can only change the design again using Custom CSS otherwise you have to use the old Theme version and Customize and update it with the latest plugins by yourself.

Hi, we have purchased your template and we are setting it up. We need translations to Croatian language. I saw here in comments that there are some .po and .mo files (porto-hr_HR.po and porto-hr_HR.mo to be exact) but those are not for “wp-content\themes\porto\languages” folder, right? We tried renaming them to hr_HR.po and hr_HR.mo and putting them into that folder but its not working (we did define “define(‘WP_LOCAL’, ‘hr_HR’);” in wp-config.php). Thanks.

First of all, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the Loco Translate plugin on your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
And then go to Loco >> Themes >> Porto you will find the 4 default language files there which comes with the Theme package and those are: https://postimg.cc/XGvjMDqZ
English (Britain) en_GB
French (France) er_FR
Italian (Italy) it_IT
Turkish (Turkey) tr_TR
Now go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the WP FileManager plugin on your site: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/
And then go to File Manager Plugin Setting >> wp-content/languages/ and create the (Loco) Folder >> then go to the loco folder and create another folder as (themes) and then go to the themes folder and download the Croatian (Croatia) language theme files from the links given below and upload to that themes folder.

1. Hm, we don’t like having a lot of plugins (ATM we have only few, which are required by your Porto theme). It is almost always problematic when you have a lot of plugins (it slows the website, it requires you to update plugins often , etc).
I’m guessing that “WP FileManager” plugin is not necessary if we can create those folders you mentioned via FTP?
2. I didn’t understand the “Spanish” reference to be honest.

You gave me two HR files, why would it be “Spanish”? Or did you use that just as an example?
3. Lets say we do this. After it is done, can we remove the “Loco translate” plugin or does it always have to stay installed?

1. Absolutely if you are using CPanel/FTP then no need for the File Manager plugin.
2. Yes, that was the explanation for the Spanish Files but take it in your case you will find the Croatian files instead of Spanish at the same place.
3. Yes, you can remove the Loco Translate plugin after that as well.

Problem is that some strings are translated with the .po/.mo files you gave us, but are not applied to website. For example, take a look at this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/ZCLvGq5t Clearly those strings are translated in po/mo files but they are still in english language on our website. We did everything as you described (step by step).

Since updated to WP 5.5.1 and latest our website is showing errors on mobile display and some missing media link on desktop. Actually entering the site without login in on desktops is displaying errors on the front-end but once we login everything goes back to normal with some missing media link that for won’t fix.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins on your site first and then make sure that you also uodated the Theme and Theme required/recommended plugins properly and then remove the server, site and browser cache and check back your site, I am sure you will not finds the issue anymore and then again you can activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

No Sorry to say that but this is not possible, Porto WordPress Theme is fully based on WooCommerce for the Store functionality, and Payment Options can be set/handled by the WooCommerce our Theme does not have any influence on it.
The default payment gateways for WooCommerce are:

May it is because of the change in the administrator’s mailbox before and I am sorry but this is the Core WP issue, its better to contact your hosting provider on this issue, once it will be fixed with the default WP Theme like Twenty Twenty, It will automatically work fine with Porto WordPress theme as well, so contact your hosting provider and ask to solve the issue for you on your site.
I purchased the Porto theme for Magento and it crashed our site. The outputted HTML is of so low quality it takes a long time to load, reducing your ranking on Google. It breaks basic features in Magento2
Does this theme resolve those issues?
Can we get a refund if it does not work?
