Dear LSVRthemes, are you sure that the Medium size in Media Settings is 700×700px? It is mentioned in the documentation. Pictures in the demo are cropped to 600px. For example in “Electricity” service and Gallery bottom – “service_gallery_05-600×450.jpg”

I have set 700px on my website as stated in the documentation. I just come across the fact that you have the value set to 600px in the template demo, so I just asked if the value of 700px stated in the documentation is the only correct one. 
There is not really a correct value, use whatever works for you. Values in the documentation are just recommendation.

Ever since I updated my theme to the newest version contact form 7 stopped working. I tried different ways to fix it but continue to get an error that says “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”. This happens even if it’s a new form.
I’m not sure if this related to them theme or not but I can’t get it to work. I also tried making a custom email with my hosting account.

easiest way to check if it is coming from the theme is to simply quickly switch to a default WP theme like TwentyTwenty for example and then try to send the from. If the form works with the default theme and still not with a BlueCollar, then please share your URL (with BlueCollar active) and I will take a look at it.

Ahoj, snad nebude vadit, že píšu česky, když jsi / jste ze Slovenska.
Chci se zeptat, jak upravím pozadí na footeru jako je v demu. Viděl jsem v dokumentaci, že přes Gutenberg jde zvolit pozadí třeba na headeru pod těmi dlaždicemi se službami, stejně jako pozadí testimonials, ale “Home – 1” v Gutenberg editoru footer nemá.
Jak na to? Díky.

Hello again, I purchased the Blue Collar theme yesterday. I read all of the documentation but don’t see how I am supposed to swap my own images on the homepage (BlueCollar Services Block). I like how your preview showed photos as the background for each services square.

I just purchased the BlueCollar Handyman theme today and am following the documentation to setup the site.
When I went to the Services page to add services I noticed the following message at the top of the page:

The update is out, please update the theme and then the LSVR Framework plugin to version 1.8.2 (you will see a prompt in the admin once you update the theme).

Hi, just bought your theme and installed it. but it seems like there are some items that i can not change the text on, like for example when you click on the services at the bottom there is a “previous” and “next” “service” how can i change this another text, as the national language is not English and the same applies for the service overview where all the services are listed in small boxes with pictures, here it says “More info”

Pictures are not included, it is mentioned in the item description. The reason is that they are copyrighted, it is simply not possible to redistribute them that way and this is the same for all themes which use more premium images in their demos.

TablePress can import tables from existing data, like from a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file from a spreadsheet application (e.g. Excel), an HTML file resembling a webpage, or its own JSON format. File in folder is xml and tablepress is not supported this format
I guess the problem is that since you’ve imported the demo data before you’ve installed the TablePress, tables were not properly imported. Anyway, you can find the demo table data in the full package in Demo Data folder – tablepress-service-pricing-table.xml. Just import this file under Tools / Import.

Take a look under Tables if the table is there or not. If it is there, then just make sure the ID is the same as in the shortcode. maybe it was imported with the different ID. I mean, that demo table is just an example, I assume you do not want to use the same table with the same values in the live site. You will have to edit it or create your own for your services anyway.

I did try it but impossible to import the demo content. I have tried both automatically and manually but I get an error message : Error: Internal Server Error (500) ???
That means there is something wrong on your server. In your admin go to Tools / Site Health and make sure to resolve any potential issues (mainly stuff like PHP version and memory).
You can also enable WP debug mode and run the import again. That should display the actual error message instead of generic error 500. Send me the error message and that should tell me what is causing it.
I know our support has expired but I just wanted to ask. We got told a little while ago how to update wpbakery without updating to the new theme. We have tried this but it is still on version 6.3 of wpbakery. Is there a reason for this?
Also I noticed a comment above from Oleksiymel regarding the empty blue field, i have checked different browers and potential caching issues and it still persists, do you know how this user resolved that issue?

thanks for heads up! I’ve already fixed it, you can take a look (press CTRL + R to clear the browser’s cache). It was just an issue in the content, not a bug in the theme itself.

you can edit it under Appearance / Customize / Footer via Enable Footer CTA option. Once enabled, you can use CTA Title to CTA Button URL options to edit it. Please check out the Quick overview, it is mentioned there (but please read the rest of the documentation as well).

there is something wrong with the JavaScript on your site (header search doesn’t work too for example). Maybe it is something with the caching. So try to temporarily disable it or play with its settings.

It seems like theme’s custom JS scripts are not loading at all. I am not sure if it is a caching issue, but there is definitely something wrong in your admin/server config, so try to backtrack any changes you’ve made recently. My guess is that it has something to do with the AMP platform, but that is completely out of my expertise.
