Not yet, we are still fixing this becuase if you keep a new course with free section from the start this issue would not arise, setting free section after a course has been published and there are users enrolled this issue can arise. This function is also not available in the version 4, yet.

Install the WPLMS PDF Certificates addon and generate a PDF certificate for the course, the certificates are generated in PDF format at the time it is awarded, so you can remove and re-award the certificate from course -administration area once you have connected the certificate with the course.

Good night, some of my courses have no quiz, the student finishes attending the class and can finish. However, the courses are not being completed automatically, a “pending” message appears and the instructor has to release the certificate manually.

Try disconnecting the page from WP admin – Settings – BuddyPress, then make changes and then re-connect to above. Doing this allows you to use Elementor with BuddyPress. Optionally, try creating a new page in elementor and drag the Course directory widget in it , make changes and see if it works.

But, not i have another issue. After payment is complete, i am being redirected to WooCommerce’s My Account page. Is there any way i could redirect the user to Member Area Dashboard or Courses page?
Also, should the admin have to approve every order to activate the course to user? I see that it works automatic for Free courses. Is there any way to automatically approve orders and assign courses for order to which payments are complete ?

Hi. The plugin you mentioned for Auto Order approval is no more active. Used another plugin to get the job done. It worked fine and order was automatically approved and course was activated automagically.
But, i still face the redirect issue upon payment completion. I did enable options as you said, but after successful payment, i am being redirected to WooCommerce’s My Account page only by default. Pls guide me on this.

i logged in on demo site, but still, when click on my account name – it says Welcome back, please login. Such a simple function dont work =(
Which site did you logged in ? There is a chance that when you switch between the demos the browser session of other demo is still there and that could cause this strangeness. This is because the logged in state is stored in the browser which is why WPLMS is much faster and scalable because server sends out static files. If you simply clear your browser cache when switching to a new demo this would not happen.
Hello I have a question about my course. All my courses would be done via zoom meeting live. Before students enters zoom meeting, is there a way for instruct to post a material for that day’s class and student can download a file or review beforehand?
You can enter material link in the description of your Zoom conference.

Yes, they can see the enrolled meetings coming up and the content in the meeting. So if you add links in the content to download material this objective is achieved. The start or join meeting button appears when the meeting starts.

I have a question about notification. Can students receive an email 30min and 1 hour before class starts? What are options of sending class notification? like Text Message, email …?
There is a touch points and a schedule. How are you starting classes , are you using Vibe Calendar ? OR Zoom, there is a zoom calendar which is available in the Calendar, which shows the class timings.
I’m using zoom what would that work? And if I use Vibe Calendar how it that going to notify students? is it via email? can you set up a time for email?

Hello I have a question about the booking addon plugin. Can admin see all the schedules of instructor for their class at once? I know that instructor can see their schedule. If an admin manage instructor’s schedule, can the admin check instructors time?
No, this is not available at the moment. However this is a good suggestion, for the administrator for managing things on ad-hoc.

The administrator can only check the open slots right now like regular students for booking.
This question regards the Unit Timings addon.
Does the unit timings addon provide the statistical report based on a daily, weekly and monthly basis? For example, A user spent 2 hours on a course yesterday, 5 hours today on the same course and 6 hours last month. That gives a total of 13 hours spent by that user on that course: So, would admin be able to see or filter to get the accurate timing by Day, Week, Monthly? If not, could you implement this filter for us?
Second questions: Does the unit timing only works on the browser in view? or what would happen when a student opens 20 different units in 20 browsers at the same time.
1. Such reports are only possible with our reports module in version 4.
2. That is correct, the time will be added from all 20 browsers at the same time and so 10 seconds in 20 windows will be recorded as 200 seconds.
