Hi, I bought this template like a year ago, but started to work with it just a couple of months ago, so I have still some issues dealing with it. Nevertheless I have one trouble that I dont know how to solve… How can I alter/change the look/structure of category pages. It looks like its generated somehow automatically and I have no idea how to access it to change it. I mean header, menu, footer etc. Thanx a lot!

The category page is the default layout which cannot be changed within our theme options. Also, it is a bit hard to tell what exactly you might encounter, so at least your website URL would help.

Hi, let me to specify it. Eg. I have category page UNESCO – https://willyfog.cz/rubriky/unesco/ (in my language rubriky page). But I can not set look and behaviour of the header/menu. I want header/menu to look and behave like this – https://willyfog.cz/cestovatelske-rady-a-tipy/. Where can I set it? I understand that it is not possible to set it through administration, but there has to be a code that defines it somewhere. Where can I find this piece of code. Thanx a lot.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. You should know that archive pages inherit the global Header settings so please check if you have set those as well as save the options once again.

Also, please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme(2.2.2) and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

Thanks for taking an interest! All the images that are included within the theme comes under copyright so if you intend to use them you will need to have al icense for them You can read more about it here.

My question is not about the copyright but if destination and timeline icon/graphic is generated by your theme or user?

Hi, I can’t access the demo content. When I click on import, it takes me to a page stating that I am not allowed to access the content. I have registered my copy of the theme, uninstalled an re-installed it following all the instructions and I nothing has worked. Thank you

I fixed this.. got one other little problem in the shop. Where can I change the text ‘buy for ..’? That’s the only thing that isn’t translated automatically.

Please check that you have the same settings on your Shop page when it comes to your header. If these options are being set differently on the page itself they will overwrite your Global theme options.

The theme doesn’t seem compatible with either Google Language Translator or GTranslate. I need a free, automatic and unlimited solution to translate my website into multiple languages.

Hi! We bought the template one year ago with a very good results til now. We’re having some problems with Backpacktravel social network. More concretely with Instagram Feed. Since several weeks ago theres a lot of errors related with it and we don’t know how to solve. We’re trying to remove it but due it’s implemented on the template, we don’t want to commit a mistake and remove some other things of our blog. Could you give us some tip to find a solution please?

I’m really disappointed to have purchased these theme. Many of your custumers are asking you since months to solve the problem of H3 title. Nothing changed even with the last update. I casually found in these comments a code to add to function.php, that a person had from your assistance (the assistance did not give it to me, they told me that they cannot help)

This code is working and I have to tanks this guy for writing it here (and not your assistance) but the code is also changing from H3 to H1 all the titles’posts in Archive category pages, and this is a big problem. I asked help to the assistance, the answer is:

“we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.”

THIS IS NOT CUSTOM WORK, THIS IS A PROBLEM OF YOUR THEME. You can’t put h3 for a post title, it’s destroying SEO. MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE TELLING YOU THE SAME AND ASKING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

I’M STILL WAITING FOR WRITING A REVIEW FOR THESE THEME, hoping that the assistance will solve this problem. I need a solution (WE NEED, you customers are asking you since months) for having the default title of Wordpress articles in H1 and not H3, without changing the title also in blog list Archive.

I hope the assistance will give me another proper answer soon.

Hi Guys, the slider plugin that was included in theme has bugged the whole site – it was resolved when I updated the theme to new version and updated the slider. However, the slider no longer works as the new version says I need to put in the register code. Where can I find it?

Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

I bought the theme and I payed for 1 year assistance few days ago. I immediatly had problems downloading the demos and I wrote to the help center. NO ANSWER IN 2/3 DAYS. When it’s written that you answer in 24h hours. I’m also suprised that there is not an open forum where the answers to other people questions are public, so many problems can be solved alone, reading other people topics. In this way the assistance has probably to answer many time same questions.. anyway.. I need to start working on the website as soon as possible and I wait the answer. it’s written that you answer in 24h hours.
