Please check Email registration – NOT working
I’ve tried everything you suggest in the other topics anything is working, I even install a fresh WordPress in other server and it’s happening the same, the regulars emails from wordpress are working and the SMTP WP is configured and working but the bbpress mails are not working,
all the emails configured, Add filter in customizer, I check the normals emails from wordpres and are working fine….

ok, please ensure that you have enabled the automatic – evlauation for the courses. For courses which are under evalaution, go to Coruse – Admin – Submissions – course and evaluate those submissions.
Hello, When unregistered/Not Sign in user click on Take This Course it should Pop Up Login/Register page, mine stopped working after update. But clicking on Login at the header work fine, how do I quickly fix this?

ok, for paid courses, the user should be directed to checkout page. If the user is logged in and enrolled in the course the button would state the Status of the user in the course that is “Start Course”, “Continue course”. All the course to finish loading before u click take this course, while is still loading it will open to product page which is ok, as soon as it finished loading it stopped linking to the product page

Hi, Facing issue regarding loading courses section for student.
After login with student Account I can’t see Courses in dashboard. When I’m clicking on Courses it only show heading “Courses” but when I’m accessing website in different laptop it some time open and some time not..I checked by clearing cache etc, restart my internet etc same issue occurring over and over..
Some time start showing some time not..? What is the issue..?
Even If I logged with Instructor account, in dashboard under courses section, It is not showing Instructing Course as well..?
Some time I can’t download the assignments and some time I can..?

Hello, greetings, I would like to do an update of my academy, I plan to do a migration from a clean installation of wordpress. To do this, the following questions are generated:
1.- Up to what version is the WPLMS compatible? Because the current version of worsdpress is 5.5.3.
2.- In my old version I have installed version 3.9.1 of the theme and I want to migrate to 4.095, how would I somehow migrate the users, courses, progress of the users in the courses?
If you could help me with this I would appreciate it in advance.

I was able to do a clean installation and import a demo in the wordpress version 5.5.3. I have checked the migration video from 3.9x to 4 where they explain how to update but now I need to somehow export and import the users, courses and progress to my new installation, courses and progress, how could I do it? Is this possible to do? I remind you that I have 2 different facilities a new academy and my old one (I am not updating from 3.9 to 4. as shown in the video)
ok, so just go to WP admin – LMS – Settings – Functions and you will find sync functions there. Just click on them one by one.

I am having the same translation problem people are telling here for over 1 month, simple dos not work not matter what procedure you do. Truth is theme is full of bugs, answers can take up to 2 WEEKS in the foruns, and when they do answer, is just like here, they tell you anything not conected to the problem and that is it. For more than 3 times people in the support told me they would fix it themselves, and even ask me for the password, and then simple did nothing.

The bugs you mention here are not at all bugs, you have misconfigured settings and i will share a video of how these issues were resolved in your site if i am able to access it. One of the above is an Elementor bug.

You do not need to export or import courses from version 3 to version 4. All version 3 courses are detected by the version 4. IF you want to clone your site to new server use the complete wordpress import export from WP Admin – Tools section.
im using wplms s3 and its interface is worst. i cant educate my instructors to choose a particular bucket. they have no knowledge about this and they are choosing random buckets everytime. there shouldnt be any bucket in display, all they must do is choose a media to upload and just upload it. only the admin must choose the bucket. the current problem in selecting a single bucket is that i have already created multiple buckets and want all future media to go in a single bucket, but unable to do this,if i select a single bucket,media in other buckets are not working
