I bought a license and jnews theme stopped updating. as a workaround I tried to download the theme files on Envato and alter updating my theme I realised the plugin wp-bakery 6.4.1 is no longer on the plugins directory of the theme installation files. This way I cannot update it. I’m not asking for support, but I thought theme updates would be lifetime! what happened?

A few hours back, a JNews user asked via a comment on providing an estimated date for releasing CWV updates so everyone can plan accordingly but, it seems JegThemes doesn’t care for their users.

2) Create some system as other devs have for reporting BUGS (YOUR BUGS not HELP)! Your mistakes are not our problems and we don’t need your help! Frontend Translation is a good example. Everything was fine, then you duplicated the translation of 1 phrase forgetting to throw away the old solution (Min Read). “The Reading Time:” shows the reading time without “min.” There are 3 more translations of the same phrase in the POT / PO file which also doesn’t work!
Just correct what you spoiled yourself!
1. We don’t provide support for envato elements users. You need to purchase JNews from Themeforest to get support service, automatic theme update, and theme license.
2. You need to be patient in waiting for a bug fix.

About the WP Requirements Compliant Badge, we already apply for this requirement a few months ago. By applying this requirement, we need to update all of our portfolios, themes, and plugins.
Previously our newest item like JNews, Sukawati, Photology, and all of our plugins already meet the WP Requirements Compliant Badge. The rest is our old themes that still remain need to update. But for old themes, we need to do major updates. Currently, we still postpone the process of the WP Requirements Compliant Badge because updating the old theme will take much time and it may affecting the theme users.
Our newest theme and plugin still become our top priority it’s why we postpone the WP Requirements Compliant Badge.
