Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPS if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPS from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Yes, we are using https protocol, we have ssl for all our websites, this started with last update, and it only happens when looking single product page, on shop page, landing page checkout and every other page it works fine.

Hi Guys, I would like to know what is the best way to port to have this feature. In my new site I will have 5 products in catalog format. So no price or cart. These products will have inside the description, the performance format progress bar and the stars of the rating. The information of the individual products will be both together on a single page and replicated on other pages. Better to use catalog format and create products, or use blocks?
And last question: is it possible to carry out a search based on product type, performance, and other parameters ? that is, have a selection based on parameters inserted into the product? Thank you.

1. Yes, it is better to use the catalog format and create product. You can enable the catalog mode from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Catalog Mode >> Enable it and set the other options as per your requirements.
2. You can only set the search type from available options in the Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form >> Select the Search Content type as Product. You can only set the parameters for the Live search from Theme Options >> General >> Site Search >> Enable the Live Search and other options as per your requirements.

We are developers of a plugin that adds items to My Account through the hook woocommerce_account_menu_items.
A customer is reporting that after the latest Porto update this is no longer working for them. I tried switching to Storefront in their site and indeed, this works normally with Storefront.
Can you help pinpoint the issue? I tried increasing the function priority, but that didn’t help.

I’ve further tested the problem in my Local environment. This works normally with Porto 5.3.1. It does not work with Porto 5.5.1

Another hook that has been changed is:
- woocommerce_register_form has been moved
- woocommerce_account_menu_items no longer seems supported
We believe these are implementation errors / bugs. These are default WooCommerce hooks that should be supported. I urge you to consider a rollback of these changes in the next update.
Our plugin works with all themes. We cannot develop differently for 1 specific theme. Otherwise we are also forced to recommend other themes to our customers.
I ask that you please bring it up with the development team.

No, Sorry to say that but we do not provide the plugin with our Theme and we have removed the plugin from last 2 years from our Theme package, so if you want to use it, you have to purchase the plugin seperately.

Yes, It is true but it is only for the very old Customers like the Customers using the Theme for more than 2 hours and we will remove it from there soon as well because all the elements of UAFWB we have used on our Demos, we have already created/inserted those elements into our Theme Core plugin Porto Functionality.

Also css class “carousel-center-active-item” seems to only highlight fourth item on the logo carousel, which is meant to be the center item for a row of 7 items, but if you change the row to contain for example five logos then it should be the third item that is highlighted, but it is still 4th.

Has the “add to cart” notifications changed? Both style 1 and 2 seem to be exactly the same and I could have sworn one was a popup/ajax notification before (both just reload the page and add a banner above the product now).
