Hi, can a room payment be paid directly in to a listings bank account

You can enable Bank Transfer option in Theme then customer can able to make offline payment while they book your room (hotel).
You will need to fill in the form your bank account information and customer can able to see this while they make a payment.

Hello, I find this template very interesting, I need to make some queries.
1.- It is possible to reserve a period of more than 1 day, I see that in your demo, it only allows reservations for a single day, for example in the single hotel template, at check in and check out it only allows 1 day or night of stay.
2.- it is possible to deactivate the query of the number of rooms to be able to reserve. (Room-list-search-result)

1. For sure you can make the booking for more than a day. In our demo, we have make default display the current day as check-in and the following as checkout. You just hover the mouse to the calendar and select the days as your need.
2. The booking form and search result are our fixed design already, you may need to custom code (not belong to support policy) in case you need to deactivate or remove some.

Hi, can this theme support vacation rentals? I have a client with 3 beach homes. But we would need seasonal pricing. Nightly price and discounted price for weekly. Price structure would be different for all 4 seasons. Let me know asap if this is a good fit.

Yes, we have support Rental services which can meet with your vacation beach house as you mentioned above.
For pricing option, we do not support seasonal price however you can manual setup available & price for each rental as your need.
Mean, we have support “Availability” function, so admin will manual control the price, available for each product. And you can set price for each season as you need.
We also have option to set discount by number of days, you can setup discount by percent.

1 – It could be possible to add a personalized formulary to the partners so they can give us some information about theyself before we accept them? Or can we see the administrator view in somewhere? We couldn’t find it in the demo.
2 – It could be possible to add the skyscanner API or widget in your theme? We guess its not a problem
3 – Can you list here some links to websites that are already using this theme with the extended license please?

1. For sure, each of user who register in the form as partner in your site will need to fill in all information form. Then, in admin dashboard there are a list of partner with detail information.
Each of partner need to wait the admin for verify and confirmed the account.

Hi, Some questions before I purchase theme:
1. Possible to Disable the instant booking and rather make the book now button go to the hotels booking website and open in a new window
2. Do you have schema mark up for reviews, hotels e.g Or would this somehow be possible with the Yoast SEO plugin?
3. Is it possible to sort everything by destination or what is the hierarchy system you use?
4. Would it be possible to customize the theme somehow to list Services and Events rather than tours and cars?
5. If I purchase the theme and it doesn’t work for me, can I get a refund and for how long if this possible? ie.max 30 days after purchase?
Furthermore:
6. Is it possible to rename hotel to accommodation and then have different types of accommodation underneath i.e hotel, B&B, camping grounds e.g
7. Membership: different prices for listing types?
8. Do you have schema markup for hotels, reviews, tours e.g?
9. Sub categories for activities for example: beaches, parks, hiking trails, restaurants.
10. Is it possible to remove booking for activities, as I want to use as more as a listing of beaches, parks e.g
Also, how can hotels sync their own booking calendar into the theme? I can image no hotel is willingly going to update every OTA website manually. There has to be some kind of system or way that it all gets updated at once. Does your theme support this?
